Poor service - paid to have cameras so we can see on our phones - told after a few years app is no longer available pay $1000 for a new one.

I called in to explain a issue I was having with a older coax camera. I believe I was talking to Grady who was so helpful and was able to diagnose over the phone. Another Kelowna company came out and wanted to replace the camera at over $400. The $20 part that was suggested, cleared up the picture instantly. When it comes time to upgrade my home and office systems I will be definitely giving them a call.

Spy vs Spy installed all our commercial-grade video surveillance. Their overall security knowledge played a huge role and tailoring a solution specific to our needs. The install was quick and efficient having us up and running promptly. They completed the job with a tutorial on operating our systems. Super neat store, they have everything. I was able to buy stickers saying video surveillance, to put on my trailers and windows to deter people from breaking in. They have lots of stash cans, even stash propane tank which are super cool. Very knowledgeable gentleman that works/owns place. Organization of place was top notch, plus clean. Highly recommend for anyone to go there even if just ask questions and understand how cameras work because there is tons of different kinds and allows you to pick what's right for you.

Wow, what a scam. I went there to pick up legal info on an RV I'd just purchased, as this was where I was told to go. I was on 5+ different TVs and the gal I was to meet who does the accounting for them, took off and his in the bathroom. She couldn't miss me arriving. Just NOT HONEST all around. Maybe look at who you HIRE beforehand. I've read enough reviews to get the picture of this place. I BELIEVE in HONESTY, customer service and integrity.

Very disappointed with the service. Had them come into work months after ordering parts and giving a deposit. We were told there are NO refunds so we waited for them to show up to install our system. When they did, they were here a couple of hours and then just walked out the door. Didn't tell anyone anything, just left. Now we cannot access our doors, lab, and the alarm keeps going off. We went to their office to be told no one is available right now". This is very unprofessional and unaccepted. We waited and paid a lot of money and expected to have better service. I would not recommend this company to anyone.A very unhappy customer"

Had an ADT alarm installed and was very frustrating. Never did get the promised letter to show my insurance company that I'm monitored and receive cheaper house insurance. My first bill didn't arrive for well over one year. I made many attempts to get the paperwork and get things corrected to no avail. After the three year commitment I gladly rid myself of them and had no interest in a lower monthly rate to stay with them. Horrible unorganized service.
