Front reception desk is worst ever seen. Appointment should be 9:15 on Jan 12 2023. Wait until 10:45 still can not see doctor. There are few front desk ladies make decision who can go in first (sitting right is lead, she is worst). I can see patient can go in first because talk to the front desk he has to go work, even his appointment 9:45. Not fair for other patients.The lady always postpone the Chinese patients. I do want to say discrimination at this time I terminate my appointment and left without seeing doctor.I am meaning those ladies(siting right worst) should follow the rule who come in first , who see doctor first, or follow the appointment schedule time. Hope Dr Soon can see this review

Good guy, easy to talk to, trustworthy.

I have been trying for 3 days now to call the office to no avail to reschedule an appointment. So now I have to drive all the way from out west to go and reschedule an appointment that should be done easily over the phone that NO ONE is answering.

Hi My name is alam. Today may 7 dr soon done my kidney surgery at Scarborough general hospital. Surgery went wall. Thanks to all mighty. One think I must say about dr soon that he really do care about his parents. Yonge doctor i wish and pray he be healthy for long time that he could help other.

Family doctor has sent request for a month with no follow up call. Phone office and mailbox is full.

I have only good things to say. Dr soon and his office made sure all details we taken care of. I felt very comfortable before, during, and after my operations. His office also scheduled all my follow up for me. Just want to say a great big thank you

Dr. Soon was very knowledgeable and seemed to genuinely care about my uncle. The staff were also very patient in helping my uncle understand his next appointment and where and when he needed to go for some lab tests. I would gladly recommend Dr. Soon and his staff to anyone looking for a urologist.

You might have problem with phone calls , but he is a very good Doctor
