Apartment is beautifull , Clean, Well maintained. Could not be better than this

Avoid 33 River Street. Everything is bad other than the view. Lots of foot traffic and vehicles get stolen and broken into almost daily. I had my vehicle stolen and my new vehicle broken into.Maintenance is terribleOld buildingOld appliancesNo A/C or HeatThey are sneaky in the way they do business. They get you by offering you a low monthly lease, then they raise the rent significantly after your lease is over.Additionally, now you have to pay for all utilities plus a garbage fee and the rent continues to raise?Save your money and go elsewhere.

We feel secure inside the building, and everything is great. The staff members are so awesome, they are accommodating, kind, helpful, and respectful.

Eric is always wonderful and patient. One of the best handymen we know!

Beautiful view with lots of bedroom space and a lot of friendly residents, haven’t had a problem with this beautiful suite. Maintenance gets done pretty quick 33 river street is my very first time renting on my own!

I love it here. Not only are the other tenants friendly and courteous. The apartments are affordable, well taken care of by maintenance and the owners. The fitness room is a great place to go on the treadmill or elyptical, there's a party room where tenants have coffee and play games and if your right for space for family coming to visit. The have guest rooms your extra guests can use. These are some of the beautiful pics I've taken from the building. Great scenery.

Very poor service the back door is always broken and the staff cant even fix my portal i had to pay some of the things twice every month when they are already paid once charging way to extra for the parking $40 per month and still ur car is not safe u will find egg shells on ur car's windsheild twice a month

It’s a great place to live with great views. Unfortunately there are some things that can done to better the building. Most of the apartments could do with some updating - flooring, kitchen etc, the elevators are very slow and could also be updated as they are older, visitor parking is not available which is unfortunate. It’s easier to call the management office if there is a concern with the apartment instead of doing an online maintenance request as they do not respond in an appropriate time frame with these.

I am very pleased to discuss the ongoing visible progress going on here in this building. I have lived here for 5+ years here and in the recent time with the Raydea (possible spelling it wrong. apologies).There has been visible positive changes to the building and I am pleased to see that. For example the front door was always an issue because it wouldn't close properly and after paying to have a timelock on it was a good thing but the door wouldn't close so, it was a failed attempt to offer solice on safety.I have seen things change and I appreciate it when she does take the time to listen and from listening I see changes. Thank you. Please keep up the great work and I know sometimes people don't say thank you enough for your efforts just be aware that I appreciate everything that you've done.The most recent upgrade was the security guards and also the cameras upgraded.I thank you very much, makes me want to continue to stay here
