Top Seal Asphalt and Interlock

We received a courtesy call, which in itself is quite unusual, saying they would be delayed, then arrived as promised and did their usual excellent, professional job. Dealing with Top Seal is a pleasure.

We have been using Top Seal for many years and wouldn't use anyone else. They are very professional, their work is well done, they stand by their commitments, and they arrive when promised. If they can't, which rarely happens, they contact you and arrange a new time. They are very proactive, as well, which means when I forget something is due to be done, I can count on a reminder from them.

Very prompt, professional service. Driveway sealing was completed within days of requesting a quote. I wasn't home for the application but the edges look very clean and the driveway uniform. I had also requested an opinion with respect to the driveway lip and the company could have recommend work I didn't need, but they told me it could wait a couple of years. I appreciate that kind of honesty.

My neighbour and I recently hired Top Seal to apply asphalt over an extensive area in front of our garages (due to sinking that has occurred over the years) and subsequently apply sealant over the whole shared driveway. Top Seal dealt with both of us in a professional manner and they offered us the best price as well (we acquired quotes from two other companies but they were quite a bit more expensive and they did not demonstrate much interest to satisfy what we wished them to do). Top Seal were promptly responsive to our questions, they also performed a good job and they showed up when they promised. I would certainly recommend them to anyone who wishes to hire them.

The staff at Top Seal were very professional and polite. They came to our home on the date they were expected to and sealed our lane way in a timely fashion. Our lane way looks brand new. I would highly recommend them.

Competitive pricing, great customer service, and a great job on my ramp (garage exit to driveway, had a 2.5 dip) and very happy with the sealing of the driveway. Used Top Seal last week to apply 2 coats of sealant on my laneway. They did a great job, very professional. The cost was very reasonable and payment terms were great. Thanks to Nathan in the office for coordinating the job. I will use them again in the future.

Top Seal did our driveway a few years back. All good - very happy. Wanted to get them to do it this year. After an initial contact I was completely ignored. Would not return texts emails or phone calls. I am pretty easy to get along with but after two months of being ignored had the work done by another company.
