Takes too long time to clear the custom. You have to go and do it even you live 5 hours far from the area.

I had a great experience with Officer Rodriguez, he was very helpful and made the process very efficient. I was a bit panicked as my daughter was due her baby the same day and I was anxious to get the process done quickly. Thank you for your assistance.

The agent was very courteous and the process very simple, he asked the necessary questions and we provided the required papers. I did not have to pay taxes for a prescription medicine.

Figured clearing the package myself would be quicker and hassle free than having dhl brokerage. Was I right! Although there is only one agent serving, there wasn’t a lot of people (2 in front of us), took us 20mn waiting time however the process was very smooth. The agent was nice and processed all without asking any questions.It was 100% worth the 2 hours car ride. I am sure I would be waiting for my package from dhl for weeks!

the superintendent here is amazing! he was so helpful i can’t even go into the details but i would have had to spend 4 hours on the road to provide what was needed of me and it was my own fault if i could hug him i would but i think it is inappropriate however he deserves a raise and God richly bless him!

I went to this office to self clear a package, I called ahead and got all the information I need on what paper work to bring, they were very clear and pleasant to deal with. I went in and was dealt with in prompt time.
