Lori and the manager Abby are fabulous, no shortage of good things to say about them. I had a complicated issue (according to phone banking people) and had to come to branch (which I rarely do). Lori and Abby were calm,.cool, collected and knowledgeable and resolved my complicated issue easily. Their experience, training and dedication to customer service shows. RBC should be honoured to have staff like these two amazing people. They made my holidays truly.

Needed a certified cheque and advice for adding a second credit card. Two Tellers on the booth, one busy with a customer, the other was sorting papers. She had noticed me right away but did not say a word and let me wait 5 minutes.I dont mind waiting if its busy but I was the only customer beside the one that was being served.I talked after to a manager about adding a second credit card to my business account and the requirement around it. She couldnt answer it and said she would call me on my phone after getting the information. I never received the call. Seems I was not important enough. Unlike so many other branches, this one seems to be fallen off the RBC customer relations standard.

Worst service and no customer protection in RBC. My personal experience is that I had fraudulent activity on my card no one answering on call and when I reached as a worried customer in Branch , their response was we can not help try the same number. Customer buy card from RBC not from visa, fee charged by RBC not by Visa. Suggestion for RBC to keep some accountability for your products.Customer first is just on papers, not in reality.Really disappointed experience!!!

I had an excellent experience with customer service at this branch. The Assistant Branch Manager (Ahmed) addressed my request very fast and professionally.

I went to this RBC branch for a request that was bit out of the ordinary. Branch staff attended me promptly to understand my need. The RBC employee Mr.Lucky Onokevbhgbe was exceptional in addressing and completing my request. I walked away impressed with the RBC culture in delivering to customers need to a level that I may consider transferring all my accounts to RBC. I highly recommend this branch.

Good services. Quick and helpful. Easy approach. Neat and Clean. Friendly staff. 24 hour's ATM.

AVOID THIS BRANCH. Went into the branch in January 2022 to file fraud charges on my account. I spent over an hour of MY TIME in the branch filling out declaration forms with the teller and branch manager. They assured that the fraud payments would stop coming out of my account and that there will be an investigation of the charges. Over 10 months later I am still seeing the same charges coming out of my account and after speaking to customer service it seems that I have to go back and try again as they DID NOT DO THIER JOB CORRECTLY THE FIRST TIME. Avoid this branch, they are a waste of your time and will not get your problem resolved. RBC LOST A CUSTOMER DUE TO THIS BRANCH!

BAD SERVICE. I just paid $9 on $28 bank draft and I requested teller Lisa Michellde to waive off as I got at TD as with her Aristocratic attitude and Victorian style is least bothered to say Yes or No as if I am refugee and asking alms/food. Pretty bad attitude to treat customer and it confirms my fear that RBC is for upper rich echeleons and not for average people. I am fearful for any retribution but what i can do, we need good treatment from Bank when they are charging 300% fees for simple transaction

Staff and services are excellent. Very helpful staff just to name a few but not all Barb, Mirna, Lisa, Lori, Irene, Conor, Chris, the retired Debi and Obie …. All provided from professional advices to courteous daily routine banking services. I missed their old branch in south Ajax in the Sobeys plaza.
