I was really impressed. The optometrist said that my frames were out of production, and that there was no way they could be fixed. I was looking at the $900 bill. Lazerfix repaired my glasses making them even stronger than they were before. All for $65. Thank you.

Sat on my glasses.Lens popped out and frame holding lens the screw stripped.He drilled out the hole to install larger screw with a nut this time.He did both sides. Perfect awesome job.And only 1/2 hr wait time.1 year update. Still holding strong.

I went in this shop back in July of last year to get a pair of metal frame glasses soldered together...they are still hanging on strong to this day. Very happy with his service. highly recommend.

Fixed titanium glasses frame, 4 months later weld broke. Frame was again welded under the no charge warranty. Excellent service. Highly recommend this supplier.

I broke my Burberry glasses by where the leg and frame met. I didn’t know about laser fix at the time so I tried to solder them myself. That didn’t work out too well lol so I started doing some research and found laser fix. I went to the laser fix in Edmonton but their machine was out of service. The lady gave me the info for the laser fix in Victoria, BC. I spoke to Matt and explained my situation and told him that there was still solder on the frame. He told me he was positive that he could fix them even with the solder so I mailed them to him. I email transferred him the money the same day I sent them. I called him telling him that I had already sent the money and glasses and he said he wasn’t gonna accept the money until the glasses arrived. A day or so after he accepted the money and 5 days later my glasses arrived home. I couldn’t believe the quality of work and how strong the weld was. I was also very impressed with the honesty. Thank you Matt! U saved me a few hundred dollars! Cheers!UPDATE 4 YEARS LATER!!: glasses are still holding up like they were when I got them! Awesome work!

Matt at Laserfix Victoria didn’t fix my glasses they broke the next day, and when my mom brought them back in for warranty repair he CHARGED her again. I have tried to get in touch with the company about the exceptionally poor service to no avail. Would not recommend to anyone

LaserFix Service in Victoria, BC is brilliant.Broke my titanium eyeglass frames on Wednesday, took them to my eye doctors to see if they could be repaired. They referred me to LaserFix. I phoned and got a recorded message to drop the frames at reception.Didn’t fancy driving to Victoria as it would have taken 2 hours round trip. So popped the broken frames and lenses into a box packed with bubble wrap and mailed them ExpressPost. I did not think there was much hope of a repair because the point where the break occurred was razor thin and virtually zero surface area for a mend.I received an e-Mail on Friday morning informing me that my eyeglasses had been repaired and were ready for mailing. Paid $70 via Interac expecting to received my glasses on the following Tuesday, and was really surprised to receive them on the following Monday.The repair performed is virtually invisible and strong.Darrel Fraser and LaserFix are top notch, highly recommended.
