I am still under manufacture warranty and I need s silicon plug for my ice maker. Did all the necessary steps to get this replacement part. I haven't received it yet. The last email I received was on the 14th of this month. It's now the 28th of this month. All I have received is the run around and lies. There Customer service sucks! I am not pleased at all.

Customer support, specifically Cherry Anderson, was very understanding and professional assisting me with a warranty claim on an air fryer unit that had failed. I appreciate the clear step by step instructions given and recieved updates in a timely manner. Thank you!

The worst company to deal with. Actually you won’t deal with them because you will never hear from them. Countertop ice make under warranty broke. They want me to mail a broken 16 pound ice maker to California at my expense. The maker is supposedly a Frigidaire, but found out they only use Frigidaire’s name, and the maker is made by Curtis.

They don’t back up their warranty like they say. Their customer service is outsourced so they can basically lie to you with no repercussions. Their units are defective and they know and don’t care.

I purchased my TV during black Friday. 3 months later I noticed a hair width line of few LEDs in the screen are burnt off and not working. I submitted a refund/replacement claim to Curtis International Ltd under the 1 year manufacturer warranty.The claim went smooth from providing photos of the purchasing receipt, damage photo evidence etc.. The decision came after 1 month that the damage is covered by the warranty. It took another 6 weeks to issue and receive the refund cheque after I provided evidence of successful self-destruction of my damaged TV.Overall I am pleased that the process went smooth without sending any reminder emails to Curtis International and it did not exceed the processing time frame I was initially informed by their customer support, though my initial expectation was that processing time was faster than 2.5 months.Thanks Regine Swift from the customer service for the support and informative correspondences

RCA fridge broke, 6 months of games and back and forth. Finally met all there requirements(multiple times actually). Kenny Williams, the rep handling my case, then responded that they would not be able to honor the warranty, because it had been longer than 30 days. Absolutely terrible customer service, unacceptable. Never will I purchase another product from them.

My TV wen out 11 months after I bought it , loved the tv but was out of stock after providing the information they needed I revived a full refund . Would definitely buy from this seller again . Thank You

I placed a warranty request with them, all the process was smooth, yes, I took time for the full refund of my TV, however, I got it all.Their team was professional and they communicated with me in good timing. Thank you

UPDATE: After starting the warranty process in September, being told in November I would receive a check in 4-6 weeks. I FINALLY received a check in March.....only the check is unable to be processed according to the banking person! I was denied cashing the check and I immediately emailed the company but haven't heard anything back. what good is this refund check if I can't actually get the money from it!? I would like to be contacted immediately regarding this! Claim number is still the same: CF100522702988I posted my claim number because the owner asked for it and I hadn't received anymore communication so I deleted my review so I could leave a new one in hopes that this will be resolved.I have been dealing with this company since September regarding a TV warranty/refund. It's the middle of December now. My case was approved for a refund in November and after waiting 6 full weeks of the 4-6 weeks for my refund check I email them to find out what's going on and I recieve an email wanting me to restart the whole process. I just want this resolved.Edit: This is my claim number : CF100522702988*also even pointing out to the claims support team that they have already approved my refund, and showing the proof she STILL told me to restart the process and resend the photos. what kind of company is this?!?

We ordered a water cooler for our office. In only a few weeks, it started leaking, but we can't determine where it leaks from. I have filled out everything they asked for, but they keep asking for a video of it actually leaking which we cannot provide. We have no idea where it is coming from. It's not a constant leak. We had to buy a tray for underneath it because it will be fine and then suddenly there is a pool of water. The customer service is horrible and they do not stand behind their products.Their warranty" is a joke! DO NOT buy from this company!"
