Feeling pretty uncomfortable with my last experience! I live in Chilliwack and usually have a great time (I bring A LOT of business to this place as well) not sure if this last lady is new or not, her coworker called her Ella. Assuming that’s her name- Super rude! I’m a person of colour so I’m not sure if she is just racist or? Also got my order wrong, and wouldn’t acknowledge me. Super sad with how it went, might have to direct people to a new ice cream place. Hopefully customer service will change or management will talk to their staff on how to treat people.

excellent selection of gelato and ice cream , kids got what they love and we got delicious dairy free gelato , so tasty ! staff were so patient and very Polite even though we took awhile to decide

My review is based only from the ice-cream and Gelato. The selection is great and the ice-cream portions are large. We enjoyed sitting on the patio and devouring our cold treats!

Service was horrible and was very disappointed. Took my three year old son to get some gelato and while doing the tasting, found a big piece of plastic in the ice cream. When I showed it to the girl behind the counter, her response was like she couldn’t care less as she doesn’t make the ice cream. The least I expected was for her to check the box where she took the scoop from to make sure there were no other such piecesWe walked away from the shop and I don’t think I will be suggesting to anyone to go there. Was extremely disappointed by the service and the attitude. My son could have easily ingested that piece of plastic!

Had great service today from a wonderful girl. Very personable and patient as my children took their time to figure out which flavour to have and I believe they were closing .I’ve been in before and was reluctant to go back as I heard the owners talking down to the employees on my last visit and was not impressed. As a business owner they should know the key to a successful business is to treat your people well ..and they will go above and beyond .Hopefully it has changed but from what I hear around town it has not,Cafe vanilla treat your employees better and you may be surprised !

Got there at 10:55 and it says it opens at 11:00 on the door saw the girl working inside hold on the door and noticed it was still locked the girl knows I was standing outside then she proceeded to start sitting up tables outside so I asked her do you open at 11:00 like it says on the door she says no I get here at 11:00 and then I open whenever I'm done setting up I said oh so you open at 11:30 she says it depends how long it takes for me to set up. I was tempted to see perhaps if the store is supposed to be open at 11:00 perhaps it's a good idea to get there a little bit earlier so that you can legitimately open by 11:00. After finally getting in and having a conversation with the employee she did Apologize and mentioned that it was her first time opening, as she normally does the closing shift so she was a little bit scrambled that morning. On a side note the place look clean and the gelato was amazingly good

Lots of different flavour of gelatos and also some ice creams . You can buy some drinks and coffee too.Staff were friendly and a bit busy on the weekend. Need to be in line for 15 mins to get a chance to order.But maybe it was the time that waterpark was closed and lots of people came to buy something to eat or drink.

Tall staff lady was racist! When I ordered ice-cream, she told me their ice cream was expensive. Haha.. as though I can’t pay for a scoop of ice cream! Very rude manners with a smirk on her face. Then served the next people after me and my son… my son waited and waited for his ice-cream until I asked if she was going to give him. She even spoke as though she was doing us a favor when we ordered drinks. It was an embarrassing experience as we had visitors to tour the area as our visitors expressed feeling insulted. She should not be there at all if customer service was not her cup of tea. Please avoid this place to not ruin your vacation!
