Visa Rentals & Leasing Inc. – Prince George

This was the worst service I’ve witnessed in a long time. We called to rent a truck drove from Blackburn to get it and Felicia not only refused the rental, the service was beyond disappointing. She is not good for the business and I will make sure everyone I know will not rent from her in the future. I don’t even believe they are worth 1 star.

I got in a accident and needed a truck quickly. Tony and his team's immediately had a truck ready to go. I picked it up that night no sweat. Had it for over two months without any issues. I highly recommend going to visa for any rental needs. Overall great experience.

Have nothing but good to say about Visa Trucks. Great service from both Tony and Felicia. I wouldn't rent from anyone else. Both are very helpful and fair.

Myself or my company will never rent from Visa again. Felicia Lukie is the reason for that. Her level of customer service belongs at a grocery store stocking shelves at best. If she worked for me, I’d fire her! I suggest you guys do the same. Good day

The current car rental shortage is really difficult to deal with for the travelling public. Visa Rentals went above and beyond for us in late July 2021 with the extraordinary customer service of Brandon Beck!! He followed up to my email from their site and let me know of a possible rental he could get for us if it was returned on time. He promised to reserve it for us if it was and low and behold it was returned on time. He reached out to me immediately and set everything up for us, including delivery and pick up which is OUTSTANDING service!! He followed up with phone calls and emails, I just want to say a huge thank you to Brandon as he went above and beyond in his service to us. We will definitely use this company again, huge kudos to Brandon, your work ethic is rare this day and age and we appreciate you!

Felicia and her team are absolutely amazing !! They had everything ready for us to grab the van and go!! 100% recommend

Need a truck to haul equipment around because you blew your transmission mid project... sigh... they had me on the road in a rental within minutes, no problem. They helped turn a project catastrophe into a 30 minute delay. And i got to try out the new f350

All and all, everything worked out great in the end. Thanks Tony, you made it a pleasant experience.
