I have been dealing with Omni and Brad for 4 years, have bought 3 hoop houses and referred numerous people to him. I've had nothing but exemplary, prompt, very friendly service and a top quality product every time. I won't go anywhere else for hoop houses and will continue to recommend Brad and Omni whenever asked.

Wow, I am just in shock at the piss-poor treatment. Terrible customer service. Blatant disregard for prospective customers. Would not return emails after a phone conversation, even though we're at the beginning of a grow season.This guy, sends me the wrong information. I let him know that this is the case. He says he will get it right out to me. After a week of waiting, I reached out again. No response. I requested a reply via email two days later, again, no response. I just wanted to know that he had received my specific requests and still no response.When I finally did speak with him, today, he was combative and unapologetic for his poor service. He felt that I was being confrontational because I asked why he was avoiding contact with me. He said he's too busy looking after his clients and wouldn't bother doing business with me because I am too demanding, basically. Take your business elsewhere

I have nothing but praise for omni structures. I have four of their cold frames that I have bought over the past few years that withstand all weather conditions.

Its unfortunate to see that when inquiring about hoop houses and green house the lack of any response. Have sent three inquiries to this company as I was unsure if they even went through as there was no email back in regards to any confirmation of the details I had sent over 4 weeks since the first inquiry sent in. It has been three weeks since the second email and 2 weeks since the third inquiry sent. We have called and when we had it had been serious overpriced and would not send us the drawings so that we may understand the break down. NO RESPONSE
