Horrible service. The girl who works there usually has a bad attitude and doesnt make the smoothies good at all. And on top of that, theres 3 people waiting in line while shes by herself cleaning the floors and everything while theres people waiting to order. Like leave the cleaning until the end of the day. Wouldnt recommend this location. Please hire some new staff and get rid of that girl

The service was slow. She handed me my drink and the cup was not full. I asked if she can put the rest of what’s left in the blender, and even then my cup is still an inch short from being full.The worse part is that there was too much ice, not enough frozen yogurt. I had the same drink in other locations so I know that the consistency is not right.

It’s consistently good product, but service is just never there. Never a smile, always a curt look like I am doing her or him a favour for coming into their business. But the proximity of this location just works for me. Can’t explain any more just how important it is to make customers feel that they are wanted and appreciated. Each and every time. I’ll keep coming back but next time I’m asking for a damn smile.

If only Booster Juice was a cheaper brand like Timmys… here you walk into the store, the bell rings and nobody looks at you or says hi. You can literally see someone and they’ve seen you but you gotta wait until they’ve finished cleaning or organizing whatever they’re doing and after waiting a couple minutes at the cashier someone comes. You get one smile and your order is done. Then your drink is ready at the other end, which is not too obvious for a first time visitor. Quality of the drink, not too bad, maybe you can taste a bit more water/ice compared to other locations. I like the North York store much more than this one.

The smoothies are great. A good way to start your day and they deliver on Uber eats. Get breakfast delivered while preparing yourself in the morning. Great product great flavors and excellent boost of energy. Yes you can make it yourself but this is pretty convenient and has no cleanup required. We just need to figure out how to eliminate the single use plastic cups

Gross! They don't wear any gloves when they are juicing. I was simply disgusted at the way the person was sticking their hands into the bucket to pull out the apples and carrots to make my smoothie right after handling the debit machine.These people need training on health and safety. These kids have no concern about how to handle food.

Nasty customer service.I went in there and waited in line of 3 people a head of me. 10 minutes of my time wasted to get an that they have no change to my $10 for an order of $8.2Nasty cashier didn’t even say sorry.Meanwhile the dummy had a tip cup in front of my eyes with more then enough change.And I am pretty sure she was the owner.Disgusting behaviors never go there

So annoyed at this location. I only order the 1 thing on their menu so I know how it's suppose to taste. Whoever was here (young girl) today at 3pm, horrible service. Proportion and colour was off. I asked for a tad extra yogurt as it lessens the sweetness for my kids, and she threw in 1 tiny scoop when others usually add more, and had the galls to tell me that the usual is only 1/3 a scoop. Piss off! Never coming back to this place, and no one else should either. Horrible service, made it look like I was interrupting her day from the minute I got in there. Ugh.

I've been to this location about a dozen times now and I've been disappointed every time. I keep telling myself ill never go to this one again but its conveniently on my way to work. I love booster juices, but the smoothies from this store are always watered down. Not sure if the managers are trying to save money by using less fruit in the smoothies or what. Every time I go it feels like I paid 8 dollars for a glass of banana flavoured ice water and today was by far the worst case of this. I will not be visiting this location again.
