The staff here are friendly, and efficient.The person on the drive through spoke/understood English (this is an issue at other takeout places in Elmira) and it was a smooth process. They were also very professional and friendly.This echos a previous in store visit, where the counter staff were very pleasant, efficient, and friendly.Kudos for operating a great place with great people!Fast, good food.Canadian owned. My new go to.

My neighbour has driven all over Ontario and found this location to be the best one ever. Always courteous staff and great service and the manager Tammy is awesome.

This place is a amazing place to go and enjoy a great burger.The staff are a awesome bunch to get to know, very friendly and makes you fell like family. Service is fast and everything you could ask for.

Every time I order swiss chalet I end up in the parking lot waiting 10 or more minutes. If you can not provide fast food service close your drive threw.

Tammi & Olivia are friendly, fast & efficient when working the drive-thru!It's great to have a place in town that gives you the proper order, that is hot & fresh, but also keeps you in the Drive-thru until your order is complete!(no pulling around & we'll bring it out to you just to keep the numbers low)We'll definitely be back!

Came here for lunch today (April 21), and ate inside. The lady at the counter was amazing she was happy, friendly, and took my order quickly and efficiently. The service in getting my food was fast, and the lady working in that area was nice and friendly as well. The dinning area was very clean and neat. I will be definitely be coming back here
