Yaas Grill House
Visited this place many times. Decent prices and good food. They do serve very large portions and I have never finished or seen anyone in my group completely finish a dish.The place is generally busy and loud. The worker at the register was polite and the servers were indifferent.My recommended dishes are the lamb shank and kashk bademjan (eggplant dip).

Yaas Grill House
Went it to try this Persian restaurant on Lonsdale Quay area with my friend. We ordered Lamb Shank with rice and Kubideh kebab with rice. They were both served with rice and little salad on the side like any other Persian/Turkish place. Both the items were hot fresh and tasty. What’s impressive was the serving size, we were not able to finish our meal!

we liked everything that we ordered. the servings are huge you could definitely share a dish if you're not a big eater. staffs are friendly, we got our food in no time and food prices are very reasonable.

Yaas Grill House
Had heard really nice things about the restaurant, so i decided to try it out. I have tried persian food at various restaurants before, and did not find it as good as other ones. Ordered boneless chicken with rice, eggplant stew with bread. Price is also bit on higher side. There is line up and hard to find table easily unless we carry out.

You can find delicious and reasonable Persian cuisine in Yaas Grill. The taste of food is good, but it can be better. There are two options here for serving Kubideh (beef kebab), with rice or fresh Taftoon bread. Having your kebab with bread that takes the taste and oil of kebab is awesome. The portion of foods is big and most of the time you cannot finish all and you have a left over for your next meal. Also, foods are serving with herbs and onions on side. At this time they gave us a plate of Tah Dig with stew while waiting for our food which was nice action and yummy.There are are many tables in the restaurant that most pf the time you can find a table to sit. Of course on weekends it’s busy and you might not find a table to sit and have to wait, but because there are many tables, you can find an empty one soon.I just saw that the employees working by the area for serving foods not wearing any hair cover to avoid falling hairs in the foods and I wish they cover their hair.All in all, here is a good place and most of the time is our first choice to go because of good taste of the food and reasonable price.

Yass Girl House provides an average dining experience when it comes to taste and price. The flavors of the food are decent, but they don't leave a lasting impression. The menu offers a fair selection of dishes, but there isn't anything particularly outstanding. Prices are reasonable, allowing you to enjoy a meal without breaking the bank. However, the overall experience falls short of being exceptional. The service is adequate, but not overly attentive or remarkable. The ambiance is pleasant, but lacks a unique or captivating atmosphere. Yass Girl House is a decent option if you're looking for a moderately priced meal with average taste, but don't expect to be wowed.

The food didn’t taste good and it was well below our expectations. I was so disappointed and do not honestly recommend this place if you’d like to eat real Iranian kabab! Staff however were very well behaved and took care of our requests quickly.

Great food, fresh, consistent quality over the past +5 years, friendly staff, clean and convenient. I like “Boneless Chicken Soltani Kebab Dish” simple and full filling. Halal Persian food contains great healthy ingredients without any preservatives.

Amazon place to eat true Persian cuisine. The portions are extremely well served and the Flavia is super tasty.The staff is very kind and they work really fast.If you’re wondering around north Vancouver I really recommended.
