My experience with the folks at the Vickar Mitsubishi dealership were so pleasant, professional, and service minded. John was a great help in onboarding me to my new vehicle and informing me of the operation and features of it. We had our appointment today for some system updating and maintenance service. Staff are very welcoming and polite. Robert always wear that big smile every time we visit. Kudos to Arvin and Albert who assisted us from the time we get there til the time we got back. We appreciate your effort in valuing our time by offering a shuttle that made the waiting time worthwhile. Thanks to Joseph for the safe ride and friendly chat along the way. I would not buy from here. First customer service is awful. I bought a brand new 2023 SUV 50 plus thousand. First time taking it for a wash at 5k kilometres and a bunch of paint came off. Probably had an air bubble from the manufacturer but they won’t fix it. Never dealt with any of this with other companies like GMC. Please spend your money elsewhere. They push you to the side like a dog after they make the sale. There is no way a brand-new SUV should be losing paint like that. Other errors has been happening as well like the car not unlocking and having to crawl through the trunk to open it and so much more.

Went in thinking I wasn’t going to purchase a car, but John at the Regent location really convinced me with the RVR GT. He was great with communication, and was quick to respond when I had any questions. He compromised anything that would work out for my budget and definitely gave me an amazing deal! Lori, who helped with the financial planning, was very on point with giving all the information about the car, and suggested a lot of options that would benefit me financially. Thank you to John, and as well as Lori, for being amazing and handling the whole process very smoothly and stress free. 10/10 for sure!

Came to look at a Mirage on Saturday. 3 sales guys standing outside the front door, when we asked to see the Mirage, one guy says Do you have a down payment to put on it today?" {Who says that Do you have money to see the cheapest car on the market?} We responded we like to see one first.We couldn't test drive a 2023 because the ones on the lot were sold. He offered a 2018 to drive. After we were asking for the price and payments. This sales guy knew nothing. Not sure if he was new but he was fumbling for prices. Finally he gave us $26
