The worst experience in my life. I was so helpless I almost cried but decided they were not worth my tears. The receptionist was so rude and unprofessional and when I asked her what problem she had with me, she blurted out; I don’t have a problem with you, your root canal is the problem and your dentist couldn’t fix it so they sent you here to get it fixed.

I seen Dr. Leon C. Yu regarding some receding gums. He was very thorough and explained the procedure to me. He was kind and willing to answer all my questions. Great periodontist office. Also, the ladies at the front were very polite.

I only gave this clinic a 1 star review because there’s no option for 0. I had an extremely HORRIBLE experience in here. I was referred to this clinic by my general dentist for a root canal. The two dentist Dr. Yu Henry & Dr. Donald (brothers) treated me very poorly. I was 20 min late and Dr. Henry made me wait over an hour then decided to see me while being passive aggressive. They could’ve charge me a late fee or just sent me away, but they didn’t. He kept telling me that ‘ I had a DENTAL DISEASE’, while emphasizing on it EVERY TIME. As if he would have a JOB if people didn’t need dental assistance. I requested for a change of Drs. Only to come to know, to my surprise, that the other Dentist was his brother. I felt helpless, and he treated me worse!!! I swear to God, I felt so bad in my few visits. It was a nightmare!. But it kept coming back to me that what they did and how they treated me was UNACCEPTABLE!!. I’m not sure why they did that. For your info, I’m a visible Muslim & a person of color, could that be it? Do they have biases? I have noticed another person in here ‘naima’ left a 1 star review too. Could she also be unhappy for this very reason?.

I saw Dr . Yu for a gum graft on my bottom front teeth.... first of all, I was absolutely terrified of getting this surgery done.Dr. Yu reassured me and eased my mind by answering all of my questions. You can tell he really cares about the well being of his patients.Besides that, the surgery went seamless. To my surprise it was done in around 20 minutes. He let me listen to music in one of my ears to ease the stress even more. The speed and precision of his work really speaks to his expertise. Not only was it pain free and quick but he was cracking jokes the whole time - making an honest effort to lighten the mood.If you have to get something like this procedure (or others) and you want it to be done as professionally, quick and pain free as possible, I would choose this office. It is evident they have tons of experience and most important, care about their patients.I would definitely choose Dr.Yu or trust anyone he recommends for dental work.Thanks again Dr Yu

Don't go here if you are 1st nations they don't care or respect anyone.The reception said you are just indian affairs" and repeatedly put my on hold without telling me. Kept Over talking me. Wouldn't let me speak to a manager... She said she is the supervisor... This is not a good look for a dentist office.... I repeat racist dental office don't go unless you like being called "just indian affair""

Extremely unprofessional staff. From the girl at the front desk to the actual dentist. The front desk girl treated me like I was trash. Extremely rude, dismissive and arrogant. I thought it was just her or she was having a bad day but then another lady came by and reinforced her behaviour. Then came the dentist with his passive-aggressive approach telling me I should make better choices in my life. I was shocked by what was going on. Needless to say, I will never come back to this place again.

The only thing that made me give this clinic one star, is that there is no zero star in existence. I would definitely have the audacity to put in an integer as a rating if it was possible! The Doctor is nice, but the gum graft surgery was not a successful achievement. After lots of pain and heaps of discomfort that followed the surgery, the gum detached and fell after about 5 months. Now, I want to talk about the woman working at reception. Her name was Sisi, and she is a very malicious and unethical person. I chose to go to their clinic, now I refuse to ever go there again along with my family and friends. I don’t want to go to a clinic and be treated inadequately. If she is not professional, she better stay home. Everyone is having enough, and we don’t want more mean people to our lives. To any patients reading this, don’t go there again or ever if you don’t want to be treated badly and not having a successful surgery.

Great people to deal with even in a pandemic and on the phone the manners are exceptional. Root canals not my favourite subject but these people help to make it much less painful.
