Worst experience ever. Both employee and manager lied to us. Double booked. Left us without a truck during our moving weekend. Employee said he'll give us a free truck" and "risk his job" to make it up to us. With the added stress of the move

We rented a cargo van here last Saturday and it was one of the best rental experiences we have had. We booked online, price shown included mileage and there were no hidden expenses. When we arrived we were warmly greeted by Reneh. He confirmed our online booking was ready, explained in details how the deposit authorization worked and was in great spirits while helping us. Reneh walked us through the van inspection, giving us advice on how to make sure we properly inspected rentals (which we really appreciated as we do rent often).When we were done we dropped by the key off in the box as it was a Saturday. We were also helped by Amy on the phone and she was kind, happy and helpful.Thank you both to Reneh and Amy for making our experience one to write home about - we are very grateful for your service :)

On-line reservation for cube van confirmed in two emails from Discount. A confirmation numbers was sent to me at 2:39 PM the day of the pick-up. Reservation said the pick up time was 3PM. I planned to arrive at 3:30. Ran into glitch and called at 3:42 to say I was on my way. They had already rented it to someone else. They didn't even have the courtesy to email me. Insisted they had tried to call me. No record of calls or messages. on either of my phones. Because I wasn't there at 3PM she said I was a no show." It is a reservation not an appointment. Mad crazy rush to find something else on a Friday evening. So frustrating! The girl on the phone stayed calm when I kept calling back to see if they could find another van. I have to give her credit for that. I think it would be helpful for people who don't rent often to be informed that there is the possibility of being deemed a "No Show." Reservation confirmations give a false sense of security to customers that the vehical will be there. Adding a "Warning

I have used the Milton Discount on a few occasions.The staff at the location do their very best to provide great customer service. Last week I dealt with Vincent and he was very helpful and pleasant.If you book online, you may still want to call the actual location to confirm - especially if you change / alter the online reservation - as their systems seem to be a bit off.

Run by children. Made a reservation a month in advance? They won't have it ready. Want a nice clean vehicle? Receive a car that looks like it was used as a mobile dog grooming service. Need to speak to a manager? Good luck they seem have a higher turn over rate than a house of pancakes; new recent grad in charge every other week.

My experience was fabulous here. The staff is polite and friendly. The vehicle I rented was clean and spotless. The paperwork was straight forward and fast. I recommend this place for anyone looking for a in and out with a rental car. Keep up the good work guys! :)

Absolutely amazing customer service! The staff had my rental ready in record time, they were super friendly, and made sure the car was in perfect condition. These guys are the best around. 10/10 would recommend and use again.

Simply saying STAY AWAY!!! Do not waste your time even reading this. I summarized at the beginning.DO NOT INVOLVE BUSINESS WITH THIS BRANCH!!!Your online booking from Discount doesn't mean anything. You will be most likely will not find a vehicle that you selected or overcharged or ignored.If you would like to screw your weekend plan, if you would like to mess your weekday schedule, if you would like to get over charged, if youwould like to spent over 2 months to get your refund back, if you would like to be a witlessness of ignorance, and most important, if you would like to see how horrible customer treatment performed at this branch please go ahead with DISCOUNT MILTON.I am a long years renter and commuter and I have never seen any other branch like this. This is the shame of DISCOUNT Corporation and asap should be reviewed. Sorry to make a faulty claim to public but there is no ZERO STAR to give.These are all 100% true and recent summer 2016, experience by this location. Cases are still open and not even bother to reply by management either phone, email.If someone has smooth transaction they are very luck. This doesn't change reality, in fact all other 1 start reviewers absolutely right in their comment.

I recently got into a car accident and my insurance company chose discount car rental as the preferred car rental place. I was a little hesitant because of their reputation, but, the gentlemen that picked me up at my house was friendly and professional. After getting to the office (and finding out they were under new management) they quickly helped got me into a car so I was able to get to work on time. After a couple of weeks I started to notice my car was acting 'funny' and after a quick phone call they the upgraded me to a bigger vehicle, that day, for free. All and all it was a positive experience and I will be using them for future use.

Rented a truck weeks in advance, got a call confirming that I was still reserving the truck on Friday afternoon, got there Saturday morning around 10:30 am and was told that because I didn't pick up the truck at 8 am they rented it to someone else. They neglect to tell customers that there is a one hour grace period for pickup after which you're SOL. I only needed a truck for a few hours so thought I could pickup at my leisure since reservation was confirmed, surprise!!! The most frustrating part is that the attendant did not apologize for having let my truck go, he instead accused me of being late and said it was my fault for not calling to say that I was going to be late. Customer service is non-existent at this store.
