So I bought 2 gift certificate for my daughter and wife for Christmas and they have been going here for years but with a gift certificate it was like they treated them differently and tried changing as much as possible they only care about the money and not their clients. Mona cut my daughters nails shorter after she done them because she didn’t have enough money to cover her “new price” . Absolutely sad. Merry Christmas and Happy New Year. Thanks for making my daughter cry on New Year’s Eve . Horrible customer service. Only wants to take your money and they don’t care about the quality of the work..

Mona has done a gel nail fill for me twice now and both times the length, smoothness and shape has been perfect. She is also very fast as well so it only takes about an hour. I will definitely come back.

Went to Hollywood nails as a treat with my mom for the first time in September last year to get mani pedis done and absolutely loved it. My mom and I go there to get our nails done every 2 months, for our birthday, and I went there with a friend to get acrylics and waxing done for my birthday last year and the service was spectacular as normal, went there with my mom and 2 friends again just last week and the service was spectacular, there’s more employees and the service was nothing less than the usual best. Mona is absolutely sweetest and best. Will continue to keep going here

I called in on Saturday July 31st to make an appointment for Monday (August 2nd). When I arrived a guy started doing my acrylic nails, and I could immediately tell he had zero experience doing nails. He was barely putting glue on them and using the wrong size. Another employee noticed and told the manager about it.When the manager was looking at my nails, two of my fake nails fell. Instead of apologizing for the poor work his employee did on me, she accused me of doing it on purpose. Then she processed to say, I am really busy right now

Witnessed a horrible interaction today between a tech and a customer. The customer asked how much longer she would be waiting because she had a sitter at home for her son, and the tech LOST IT on the customer, who I’m pretty sure is a regular. SO unprofessional, would not recommend.
