Rented cars there once in a while over the last 4 years. Never had an issue. Good prices and the people are nice!

I want to thank Heidi that works at the Welton Street location. My mother recently had a severe stroke and was on her death bed. When I flew into Halifax last minute and needed to rent a car, I knew I was going to get hosed due to the lack of vehicles and last minute booking. My cost for a jeep was $1200 a week, not including kms but I needed a vehicle. When I arrived in Sydney, I went to the Welton Street location to see if there was anything they could do. Heidi made every effort to help me out and switched me into a smaller vehicle and went further to avoid charging me drop off fees in both locations. She truly saved my pocket book in a time that I really needed it. She not only knows what customer service is, but she is also a great human being. I will continue to rent with Budget due to this effort of one person. Thank you Heidi.

Amanda Starzyczny provided excellent service and was very professional. She was on the ball and knew what she was doing.

They have a couple of shuttles waiting at the cruise terminal. Upon arrival at the office, I was in and out in a minute or so.

I've been one of their customers for years. They are my go to for vehicle rental. There had been a little mistake on their end 1 time, and they had apologized a few times to me, and continued with great service.

Budget supplies us with additional vehicle for Back Home Bed and Breakfast when required. Their staff is friendly, fast and honest. We enjoy doing business here

Great selection of vehicles! With the best staff in Sydney. If you have a reservation they will always try to fill it. Other companies fail more times than not on reservations.

My mother a senior was sent to get a car by the insurance company but was denied from budget for not having a credit card, sad sad company that would abandon a senior in a time of need Thank you Enterprise for stepping up
