Shelburne Computer

They said it would be readyYesterday. I got it for my birthday and haven't been able to use itI don't think that he knows what he's doing

So for a while now my son has been asking for a gaming computer and I have done a bit of research and we decided that we didn’t want to buy him one that was already “pre-made” as it wouldn’t have everything he was looking for like a great graphics card, etc. We also wanted to make sure that when we invested in a good gaming PC that it would last him a couple years before needing to be upgraded. I had the absolute pleasure of working with Milan who ever so diligently called his suppliers to order all the parts and made sure to communicate with me on the availability of each piece he would need in order to build my son’s PC. Milan went above and beyond with his customer service and the building of my son’s PC. He made sure to work hard on completing my son’s PC for the last day of school so he got his present for having an amazing report card (considering everything that has happened this last year). My son is over the moon with his new PC and thinks it is the BEST thing ever since slice bread. I am so HAPPY that I made the decision to travel from Brampton to Shelburne to do business with this store. Thank you so very much for making my son so happy and for the amazing and excellent customer service! KeepUp The great work!!!

No longer fill cartridges for inkjet printers well not mine anyway.

Great place and the staff are awesome

I had something scanned today to my email. I asked the employee to send to 1 email. When I recieved the scan/email I found that the owner had cc'd himself in my personal email. When I contacted the owner to ask why this happened his reply was Because I am the owner of the business and all emails get cc’d to me. Do not use email if you are worried about security as it is not secure". I won't be using these services anymore. Owner has also threatened me with harassment because I informed him that I will be inquiring with the proper consumer channels as to if this is a violation or illegal.Response.I was never rude to his employee

Local businesses are great, this place is a prime example. Walk in, and conversations are easy and relaxed. Fantastic local service, well worth the visit to see what they have.

I don't have any complaints, shelburne is a small town, so naturally, it's a small store, so you may have to call first to check on stock availability. Went to have my computer looked at, and he was quite honest in his diagnosis.

I would usually go to the Shelburne library to scan or print but due to covid that is not an option. I never realized this place did all that and that there was an internet cafe as well, I genuinely thought they just sold ink cartridges and did computer repairs. The young man was so helpful and such a great help, he said he had started a month prior though you wouldn't know it. This is a little shop in a little town, it is neither best buy or staples so your expectations need to be realistic.

I have been there a few times and they always very knowledgeable and honest. Great staff all with the same goal of providing great service and not all about the money or charging their client’s for every visit or opinion.These guys are great with their customers and do great work while keeping transparent and honest.

This place is a mess, to be frank. The supplies are, well, not supplied. The organization of what supplies they have in this store is not present. Not to mention, the owner is financially irresponsible, vocally 'disagreeable' (to put it nicely) and generally abrasive. I do not recommend that you visit this store at all, primarily to save yourself some gas money but secondarily, to save your coin and let this dying shop keel over.
