The signature chicken and deluxe chicken sandwich were fresh and tasty. However, ginger ale was the worst ever drink! It tasted like bleach. Had to dump it!

Despite my efforts to order a specific part of the chicken, I was repeatedly given chicken wings, which I explicitly mentioned I do not eat. It was evident that the staff disregarded my requests and offered no solutions to accommodate my preferences.What bothered me the most was their refusal to acknowledge the availability of other chicken options on their menu. It was clear that there were alternative choices available, yet they insisted on providing excuses instead of addressing my concerns. Their lack of attention to detail and disregard for customer preferences left me feeling ignored and undervalued.While this review focuses on the service aspect, it is important to note that the food itself may be satisfactory for those who enjoy Popeyes' chicken. However, the overall experience was marred by the disappointing service, making it difficult for me to recommend this particular Popeyes location.As a customer, I believe that a key element of any restaurant experience is the ability to customize orders and receive assistance when needed. Unfortunately, this Popeyes fell short in providing a satisfactory level of service. I hope that the management takes these issues seriously and works towards improving their customer service to ensure a more positive and enjoyable dining experience for everyone.

The chicken I received had a bad smell and was undercooked. It was evident that the food was not properly prepared and lacked quality control. Moreover, the restaurant's cleanliness was subpar, and the chicken seemed unclean before being served. Overall, it was a terrible experience, and I strongly advise others to avoid this location.

The popcorn shrimp, fries and chicken sandwich was good.However I ordered 5 combos, and had asked for extra sauces, but Never got any, not even 1. Cashier didn't even want to give me my bill told me five minutes, got my meal but still no receipt.

Very small portion of fries - one layer across the box! given (today) for the 3 piece chicken combo. Third piece of chicken was a tiny wing. What a shame. Only the biscuit was eaten when this picture was taken. $14 for a mostly empty box, 3 small pieces of chicken, a soggy biscuit and maybe 10 soggy fries! Will never be coming back.

Great location, always have lots of chicken ready and the staff is quick. Waiting times are much better than other locations so I always choose this place. Clean location, a bit smaller and cosy than most chains, but I prefer this and for summer days a/c is cold.

The workers have a real hygiene problem there, the girl who was working at the front today dealt with front desk and went right ahead and made my sandwich without wearing any gloves, even though they had a full box right beside the prep table. When I confronted her, she was arrogant about it and literally said yeah sometimes we don’t wear gloves. Absolutely disgusting, watch out when they prepare your sandwich at the back.

The staff wasn’t courteous to greet properly, didn’t asked if its a take out or having in (wasted a plastic bag). Ordered chicken nuggets got chicken strips.Would never recommend anyone to visit this place.

I went to this Popeyes at 8:30 pm. They told me there’s no nuggets!!! How do you not have something on the menu. It seemed they were too busy to make it. At first I was told 10 minutes but then the other staff said no nuggets. Sad because my 5 year old son was looking forward to eating nuggets. Please stock food properly!
