Dial One Cropley’s service was very quick, reasonable and despite making a small error on my washing machine they returned the very next business day in the morning at no charge. I highly recommend for both their professionalism and value. Thanks gents.

Phone this company because my freezer was not working. The guy on the phone was nice enough and seemed very helpful; however the same cannot be said for their technician who came to my home. The technician arrived and seemed irritated from the start. Upon entering my home I politely asked him to take his shoes off because I noticed they were very dirty. Repair man Ed balked at my request and then refused to take his shoes off because “it’s dry outside” When I insisted that he remove his shoes because I had just cleaned my house he stormed out.Shocked at Ed’s behavior I phoned the main office to report the issue. I was told that Ed was in a “bad mood” because he was working Saturday and they left it at that. Needless to say I was made to feel like I was the problem. Ed reluctantly reappeared with plastic bags over his shoes and began repairing my fridge in a surly manner. To make matters worse Ed left my home without cleaning up the mess he made, but by this time I dare not ask him to clean up after himself.I have had many other trades in my home and I have never had this experience before as most trades are more than happy to take their shoes off when asked. I would not use this company again.

Our oven broke down before a dinner party and they were able to fix it the same day by changing a burnt out connector and it only cost $‎89. I would strongly recommend this company.

My laundry machine broke, the company came next day and made a fast repair, about 15 min. However, I was charged the dispatch fee plus a whole hour of labour because it took their technician a very long time" to find parking. There are 3 parking lots within 5 minute drive and one just across the street from my building. The repair was great but I would not recommend this company because the cost of their time to find parking can be a real surprise for customers. A fair practice should include time of travel and parking in the dispatch fee ($95)

They came the same day I called, but told me to replace my 5 year old $1300 washer because it was too expensive to fix and charged me $73. When I called LG they told me that problem would cost only $161 to fix. I would never recommend them to anyone.
