A surprisingly flavourful experience that beat my bias expectations.I’ll be honest, I went to this restaurant due to a last minute recommendation late in the evening from a colleague. When I saw the menu, especially the prices per tacos, I was in the mindset that this was going to be another overpriced taco place that made mediocre tacos.We sat outdoors at the table right at the door, pretty basic patio option so no complaints here. Servers were good and courteous even tho we were here during the final hour of open hours.The food that surprised me the most was the Nachos, unfortunately not fully pictured here. They were served with a large portion of Guac, sour cream, and toppings. They even peaked the interest of my girlfriend who originally didn’t even want to eat, to the point she joined in on enjoying them!Then onto the tacos, while prices are a little high for the tacos in my opinion, this chain does offer some very flavourful options that other taco spots don’t, and as you can see, once again, they did not skimp on toppings.Overall, great experience if you are looking for something on College!

We ordered takeout.I loved the lighting inside the restaurant- so pretty.The Bartender was so nice.Food was SO YUMMY!I ordered shrimp taco, sweet potato taco, fish taco, and the fried & the grilled chicken taco. My fav were the shrimp and the chicken tacos.For the app we ordered grilled beef ribs. OMFG were they ever tasty!I’m looking forward to eating here again.(Wish their dessert menu had more options though )

Got some tuna ceviche and carne asada tacos and it’s pretty ok. Got some Mexican corn too and it was good. Also the price listed will be per taco.Shots worth $15 are half priced that night and I must say the shots are pretty expensive.Not the best but place was open till late night and we really didn’t have other options.

We chose La carnita for Valentine’s. We selected the prefix menu. We had to ask for fork then knife and also napkins. The bill was drop before the desserts and they asked us: do you prefer them to go? We are closing this section. On our way out I told the server about how we felt and he did not empathize at all, giving us an even harder time. Very poor service, the food was good but the experience overall a desastre. We will never come back

Delicious food, the servers are very attentive, and super chill atmosphere. One of my favourite restaurants around downtown Toronto. Plus it’s all at an affordable price. I LOVE THEIR MAGARITAS! COULD NOT GET ENOUGH! Can totally recommend it and will definitely come back again.

Although food way really good, it doesn’t justify the prices posted. A dinner within 2 people ended up costing closer to $150. A pitcher of a margarita ended up costing $55 dollars in itself, which by any definition makes no sense. The majority of hard liquor bottles cost less for literally more volume.

One of the best Patio and food. Woman who was serving us was very nice and recommended Tiger Shrimp one of their best dish. I give 10 stars for that. It was delicious food and service was above and beyond. I will visit again. Thank you.

My friend and I were craving Mexican street corn and thought we try this place because of the great reviews.We went there last night and did not expect it to be really loud inside. I guess they play loud music on the weekends.They had a lot of seating for a group of 4 but I wouldn't reserve for a larger group as it's a little cramped inside .The food was good but portions could be better. The nachos were the best thing we got. Great toppings and lots of guacamole. However, the Mexican street corn was okay, much smaller than I expected and it could have used a little more butter. I also got their fish taco and it was delicious! Very flavourful but again the portion was small for the price.Overall, it is fun place to try out if you are looking for a regular Mexican place along College.

The vibes here were immaculate with all the lights strung up on the ceiling I felt like I was in Stars Hollow. And the food was delicious definitely recommend the shareable LC Nachos!!
