Such a beautiful store full of curated and quality items brought in from Japan. The bowls are stunning and the some of the licensed Ghibli merchandise I’ve never seen before (the music boxes are stunning). Cannot wait to visit them again!

Very Beautiful & quality Japanese products.I respect and like the Japanese culture and I always wanted to support Japanese.But the management of this store is very different, first time I came in and went around to observe the beautiful items, there was one store cashier always followed me and looked at me when I touched the items. I felt very uncomfortable (because I am not a thief). Because I wanted to give them a benefit of doubt I came back 2nd time, 3rd time, and spent a lot of money, but they still had the same attitudeBeautiful store, but the people work there are ignorantActually the manager of this store is not Japanese

All the items were pretty interesting which been to Japan 6 times before covid, and some familiar stuff were there or even something very cute and stuff!But couldn’t take the photos because there is photo restrictions which i didn’t know. I got told right after i took the photo.Shop is pretty big and filled with many interesting stuff which right imported from Japan, makes more special.B.U.T i didnt really liked how staff was followed me everywhere. Feel like not cared just being too much..? Wish if they could let me browsing my own.

It was my first time in the store and I was looking for a last minute gift for my moms birthday. She is a big Sanrio fan and I found so many authentic Sanrio products imported from Japan, which justifies the price point of the products. The short-haired girl was very helpful and made my shopping experience very pleasant. And both the Lady (who I believe is management) and the short-haired staff member helped wrap my multiple gifts. Highly recommend, it is a one of a kind store with authentic products, and a wonderful and helpful staff.

One of the best Japanese gift stores I’ve visited. Their collection is beautifully curated and the staff were very helpful and seemed knowledgeable about the things. The prices are a bit higher than what you would find in Japan but it does seem reasonable considering they ship it all the way to Canada. I cannot wait to come back! Lovely experience.

Worst shop ever. They’re Chinese. Always follow us everywhere in the shop because they don’t want item broken. So strict and not relaxing at all. Btw some are Japanese item but some are just Chinese made. 10 times more than original price. I checked the retail price. Honestly bold lady was so annoying in the store. No photo allowed for some stupid reason.

Could not find anywhere else for such an abundant collection of hand craft products imported from Japan. We were given detail tour about the brief history and origin of some specific products. This is not just an ordinary shop but they know very well of what they are selling. A very warm and pleasant visit. High quality tea set, sake set, dishes and bowls there.
