Friendly & knowledgeable. I requested a cylinder head and the next day they had it ready to pick up. I received it clean and without any handling damage on their part. Would highly recommend.

I have had two dealings with these people and I can honestly say they’ve been great. The ladies at the front always know what I am trying to explain. They definitely know what they’re talking about. One lady really went out of her way to try to find some info out for me. Absolutely recommend.

Excellent Service. Maybe had an hour wait, but they called after 30 minutes. Told they will call when exactly locating the item they want. I don't know the staff, and I think they are friendly and proficient. If they have it, they will sell it to you. Thank you Southside Auto Wreckers. They knew they had what I wanted.

First time experience was excellent. Called them again to do business and were in a big way(THIS TIME) trying to take advantage the 2nd time around with an extremely high price for 2 plastic filler covers. Poor customer service 2nd time around. Always stalling and hesitating and making up untrue stories. Will never deal with again.

Honestly all I can say about this place is it made me moan. Rude customer service it's overpriced I thought this was a junk yard not a dealer. First thing that hit me was the scent of soft cabbage and cardboard and I didn't even get to see the part I wanted to buy. Pretty sure I saw a wombat in the back room not sure if it was a pet. Would rate a 9 out of 69

What did I like about it??? Really, nothing. Usually overpriced, hardly a good part to be found. Lady's always grumpy(I'm not gonna do this! I'm not gonna have my guys do that! etc...), when I asked for a has to be SILVER" hood(not gray

My Vehicle was broken into, needed glass window replaced, called at 9am, they had glass shipped out by 1pm. Excellent customer service and easy to deal with and reasonable price.

Dawn was amazing! We were moving back to BC from Ontario and our starter in our Tucson went just outside of Winnipeg. We couldn’t find the part anywhere, we called Southside and despite calling an hour and a half before close they were great and managed to sneak us in and pull the part to leave out for when we were driving through a couple hours after! Huge life savers!! :):)

Good deals, huge selection of vehicles. Even if they don't have the part on car-parts.com call them and ask. There is a good chance they may have the part but it might not be inventoried. Another note if you have not been in the yard in the last 2 years they did do a major cleanup of alot of there older vehicles to bring in newer stuff. There is still some 70-80's I the yard but nothing like what they had before. I did see alot of 2010 and newer vehicles. Overall I would recommend checking them out if you in the area.
