Dropped in to pick up a fuel filter and a spark plug for my Stihl weeder. When I explained the problem to the gentleman behind the order desk, he told me that I likely didn't need the parts as the problem was most likely dur to a clogged screen on the muffler. I bought the parts anyway since I 've had the unit for 7 years or so and I figured they would help keep it going. When I got home, I took the muffler out (easy to do) and guess what, the small metal screen was clogged solid with carbon build up. I did as the mechanic told me and lit a propane torch and with a set of long nosed pliers, held the screen to the flame and sure enough it burn off all the carbon build up. Re-installed the screen and the unit is as good as new. I'll install the new plug and fuel filter in the fall when I winterize the unit. Thank you very much for your help guys!

I called looking for 2 gas lines for a Weedeater Trimmer and spoke to Don. This is not a brand that they sell but he told me to bring it in and he would try to help me. What a great attitude! When I arrived Don took me into the shop and asked a mechanic to help me out. He immediately took the trimmer and went and sized up the lines. He then proceeded to install the lines including hooking up the fuel filter in the tank, filled up the gas tank with fuel and checked to make sure the primer bulb was working. When I asked him what I owe I was told that he didn't think I owed anything but speak to Don who also wouldn't let me pay him.I went into Battlefield looking to buy two gas lines and do the install myself and left with installed lines, installed gas filter and a full tank of fuel for no charge. Incredible customer service, thanks guys. You made my day.As I also own a couple of Stihl products and will be buying any parts or new Stihl products from Battlefield they know how to treat customers.I would highly recommend this business for their outstanding customer service
