We didn't really ask for assistance but we overheard the personnel helping other visitors. They were very eager to answer questions and offer advice about the area. The facility has washrooms water fountains and lots of travel brochures.

Overall nice spot, the pit toilets here were disgusting. They are not well maintained i threw up from the smell. Absolutely disgusting
