Studio Phénix - Montreal's Greatest Pole Dance & Aerial Arts Studio

Studio space is great!! Wish there were more mirrors though.It's in a beautiful brick wall room, there are sometimes 2 classes going on at the same time (no wall separating them) so it can be a little distracting.Not sure if it's the app or the studio that's bugging but had issues with a lot of class passes disappearing but no worries, the owner is super nice and get is resolved very quickly.Everyone there and the staff is nice. LOOVVEEE the sexy pole classes with Sonja on Wed, the teacher is hilarious, positive and breaks things down real well. Acro yoga with Mireille is really good as well. Can't wait to try other classes!

This place is very friendly!! The vibe, the teachers, other students & location (very close to the metro). Also very affordable if you are looking for a very special hobby to do/or to be a performer.Since day one Zoe has made me feel like I belong. A pole class that I look forward to without feeling weird or insecure or not pro enough to be there. We learn new tricks on every class and practice old ones to master them. Zoe is very patient and supportive of her students and always shows you her best smile.A girl who couldn't do a pull up!! After being two months taking classes with Zoe, when I thought I was just having fun and learning how to be more happy with myself and boom! I can do pull ups now and I didn't even notice how I got there. The conditioning is very good and I never felt so strong.The best thing this studio has is that you can book your classes every week, giving you space to change schedules and to take different classes all the time. I'm talking about pole dance, aerial straps and hoop, flexibility and splits, core conditioning and more.Classes are taught in French and English, so everybody is welcome. Can't wait to learn more tricks and be a pro one day.

The most fun I've had in YEARS! Went for the Bachelorette Express package for chair dancing a month ago for a bachelorette trip to Montreal. This was our top activity by far! The instructor was extremely nice, fun, personable, and accommodating (I'm a beginner). We all had so much fun that we are still dancing to our choreography at home. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

This studio made me fall in love with pole dancing!! The teachers are all super sweet as well as amazingly talented, and the studio itself is gorgeous. Everyone there is super motivating and I've never felt more comfortable getting fit :)

So much fun!! Great instructor and the bridal party was so into it! We did the 2hr package and I didn't want it to end!

Love the ambiance. The studio is huge and has a lot of style. There is a lot of space too and tall poles (competition standard poles!). There is a wide range of levels and classes are very personalized, so I find it a super good place to learn new moves or start poling from scratch :). Teachers are amazing and all have different backgrounds (circus, dance, gymnastics, yoga) so there is something for each style of practice ♥ ♥ ♥

I ADORE THIS PLACE! Zoe is really an amazing teacher and so is everyone there. The prices are reasonable and the location is practical. I am so grateful of this studio, when I first walked in I was having intense confidence/body issues and then I went... Now, I walk out of class feeling so sexy and confident. I recommend this place to anyone looking for a killer workout, an open minded space and confidence.

This studio is amazing! It's sad to see bad reviews based on a few isolated experiences with the owner in her most intense period of stress (the pole championships, if you haven't been there, all were pretty spectacular!). If you want to take up pole dancing/fitness, it really is the best place to go :)

Instructor was so kind and helpful for beginners. The class was aerial yoga but it ended up being more of a beginner class in silks.Location is difficult to find, door is not clearly marked but the studio itself is very large and spacious. I recommend!
