On behalf of my Mom and family, thanks so much to Home Instead! My Mom had a fall at her home in Vernon before Christmas and needed extensive daily care on short notice. My brother and I live in Vancouver, and we needed more help than our sister in the Okanagan could manage on her own. I reached out to Kim Lepp at Home Instead Vancouver to ask who I could contact for this kind of help in Vernon. Kim was fantastic. She put me in touch with Home Instead Kelowna, who connected me with three absolutely wonderful care aides in Vernon. They read to our Mom, help her with meals, and are very flexible to fill in around when the family can be there. Home Instead are heroes to our family.

I am very happy with the caregivers from Home Instead. They have helped to keep my mom engaged and active during this difficult time. They have provided a great break for me, and have helped me manage care for my mom.

What I ❤️ about working with Home Instead is the support from the team, the great atmosphere at the office, having flexibility with my schedule and knowing that somehow I am helping my clients.

Really excellent service, very responsive and ready to meet our own unique needs. I called on a Wednesday morning and the care manger met us in our home that afternoon and we were able to start service on Friday. Super quick. They listened, were able to work with our schedule and send the same 2 carers to work with us. The carers are willing, kind and very pleasant to be with. Highly recommend this provider.

Janine and her team at Home Instead gave us peace of mind exactly when we needed it. My mother needed more care than her senior's community could provide.
