Money Mart

This location apparently has allowed a customer to go in and get a loan without verifying customers information. I've never made an account with Money Mart however, I've been receiving text messages about loans and even verification code since 2021. I've contacted the specific location before and followed their directions to reconcile this issue but nothing seems to get done. I've called again and both parties ( customer service / store ) have said they are unable to update the system because their client has not requested? I've been asked to just ignore text or file a Police case to potentially get an investigation? How is that I have to jump over hurdles to rectify a situation that shouldn't have even involve me? At this point, no one seems to be willing to actually help me as they just want to dish me to the next source.

Amazing customer service. I just moved to this area and I called to get instructions how to get there by phone.Once at the office I was greeted with a great smile. Tbh I got surprised because even though it was busy clerk had the time to explained all details about my transactions with Western Union.I'll give 5 stars but got 4 because they didn't have enough $$$ to pay off my transaction however they apologized and told me they will call me once the currency is in place.I normally used the app for Western Union but I definitely come back here.Great management.

Worst experience ever. very much disappointed with the service of the store as I visited this store on Monday January 10 at 1:35pm with my friend and the lady that was helping us was having a very bad attitude with us even though she messed up our payment as we needed to transfer the money to bank but she did it cash pick up and even not asked us before doing so. So when i asked her why did she do so she told me that most of the people fo cash pick up which was not a valid reason and even she was not ready to admit her mistake and told us to wait for an hour or half. She gave us really disguise gestures of her face. She should not be working here

Employer is so rude he turned his back and left without even giving me my receipt. Please teach how to smile customers.

They tell you that you have till Sunday to make a payment but try to take the payment on Friday putting your account in negative and charging you NSF fees. Then when you try to call them to fix a mistake they don't answer their phone and very rude.

Though everyone does doubt to visit money mart store0231. Personnel like Diana give good customer service. Kodo to the team

Trying to cash money from western union was said come tomorrow no money then why are you open! Avoid western union none of there affiliates have cash to cash your code!
