Great place to go and bird watch. Walk down to the waterfowl watch and enjoy the view.

Found a porcupine in my backyard this past Sunday, and was absolutely shocked. I called, and a great lady named Judy came and safely relocated him. They were so nice and very helpful. I really appreciated them, because I had no clue what to do!!!

They take I'm injured wildlife, how can you not give them 5 stars

Nice little walk through the woods to a very scenic viewing platform. Can see many interesting plants, waterfowl, woodpeckers, moose, squirrels, etc

We had a little female Merlin Falcon somehow fall into our yard today. Wonderful that someone could come and get her, and that she was quick so that the little one didn’t dehydrate.

Celebrated Otis turning 20 today! Such an awesome experience to tour the hospital, reconnect with staff and support a wonderful organization

I am thoroughly impressed with the setup of this organization. Every animal is treated with the utmost care and attention, and I feel like the animals here are in good hands. It is incredible the services that this place offers, and I think more places like this are essential for Canada's natural ecosystems. ☯️Thank you for all you do!

I love coming here and walking the trails and seeing the wildlife and birdwatching/listening! The trails and observatory have been a real place of peace and refuge for me during hard times. Also love the work that the centre does! Some great crafts for sale, a play ground, education centre, and rescued animals for education! It's a family friendly and really peaceful place! I also had them help me with an injured owl out in Penhold, all in love this place and the great work they do. Please consider donating if you've been and enjoyed it also!

I'd love to give this place 5 stars for helping the crippled bird that I found. It seems to be a real place, and I'm fairly sure they actually help animals recover and return to the wild. Their donation page certainly works.However, they claim repeatedly that they'll provide progress updates on the animal that you leave in their care. You can even be present when the animal is released. There's a phone number, an email address, and a form on their website to request updates. They ignore all of these. After several weeks and multiple attempts to contact them, I've received no response at all.If updates on the animal's care and progress are important to you, find a different wildlife sanctuary.

A great facility! My family attended their 20th birthday celebration for Otis the Owl and were surprised at all the services they provide.
