So there is this indian lady working here who is super rude doesn’t know how to do her job properly and is very rude on top of that. We went there today earlier which is Jan 17, 2023, just to update our current insurance and she didn’t know what to do and is asking us we didn’t have proper documentation but we actually did because eventually we were helped with the same documentation but she was still rude to us because of her own ignorance. I would rather go to other insurance brances or just not have to deal with indian female agents at this branch.

Didn't go in to the branch. Had insurance dealt with over the phone. It was quick and easy

To whom it may concern,I am writing to you today to send a compliment on your customer service. We are new to Kamloops so I reached out to a local group and asked where the best place is to go for insurance is. With no surprise, I was told to come to your Superstore location. Super simple as I was getting groceries there anyways!I dealt with a lovely lady with the name Comfort. She made this interaction SO incredibly easy for me. Her beautiful comforting smile made me feel welcomed and appreciated as a customer. This lady deserves a raise because I can assure you that her customer service skills, knowledge of insurance, and patience/understanding is an asset to the company.I will not go anywhere else for insurance and I can't wait to see her next year as she even welcomed me to Kamloops! Very good place to go for insurance in town. Convenient location inside Superstore. There is sometimes quite a long line, but I've usually never waited more than 10 minutes to see someone.

Waste of timeThe Customer service reps have inadequate knowledge of the process and have no intention to solve the problem. Feels like walking into a office were they don’t care .
