Had the nicest experience at Change! The sales associate was attentive and kind and helped me get fitted. She found some great selections and was super pleasant! If you’re someone that needs some new bras and want a personalized experience, I would DEFINITELY give this store a chance! Thank you Change for this lovely experience!:)

Really disappointed with the quality of the bras. I bought 3 in December 2022 and in less than 5 months, all 3 broke within a week of each other and were unusable. Really frustrated- I won’t be back.

Love the Change products product but unfortunately the Change Lingerie Canada Website is no longer functional. I have tried several times over the past week and I always get ERROR 404 and there is no Chat function or any way to get their attention to get the site fixed. I tried with MS Edge and Google Chrome same issue. Too Bad.

Best place for bras around! The staff are very knowledgeable and welcoming and give lots of advice. They told me about sister sizing, how to know if a bra fits well, etc. They were also happy to help me adjust the straps and told me how to properly care for a bra. They also brought me many different styles and asked me what styles I liked and were very open mindedThey carry up to an M cup and have a large variety of bands. I came in with a 32DD with tremendous gaping and left with a 28G - they're amazing!

Unimpressed. Shopped here twice and purchased one bra. After the first visit, I was told that they would order the bra I purchased in another colour for me. I was told it should take no longer than a week as they had stock at a nearby store. After weeks of waiting I went by to inquire and was given the same story, and that they'd call. Well that was years ago and I never heard a thing!When I went in a second time after having gained some weight and needing a larger size, the woman who helped me kept insisting that I wouldn't find a better fit than what she offered me. She became frustrated after multiple attempts. I told her that the gore of the bra needed to be flush against my chest for a proper fit and this seemed to irritate her. She shrugged her shoulders and said I can't help you than.""

I’m extremely satisfied with the service and the quality of the lingerie. I was helped with the right size (it appeared I was soooo wrong about my actual size!!) and model at a professional level and was lucky to get 3 products for the price of 2. And now wearing all these with pleasure every day! Will definitely come back!

Edit: i decided to come back and at least get refitted. I explained my experience from the last time i was in and how disappointed i was.Buying a bra is no easy task for me. I was fortunate that i came in the day the owner of both locations was in.She personally fitted me and sought out a bra that really was fitting. She listened to me when I said if it felt good or not. She apologized for my previously fitting and offered for me to come back on days where she is in the store to help relieve some of the anxiety i felt. She also showed me how to properly put on and adjust my bra. A much better experience this time around.Previous review (2 stars): Will not be coming back. Used to be good but there are new staff who don't seem to know how to find a bra that fits well or at the least care to.I came in to buy 1 or 2 bras and wasn't sure what size I'd be. I told her my most recent size and she measured me and gave me a new size.I tried it on and the band was way to big and I even showed her. Instead of helping me find a different size she told me that it was just how the bra fits. I was still not content but at that point she stopped helping and shrugged it off.I ended up getting the bras hoping that she was right and I just need to get used to it. But now that I have worn them a few times, I see that I was right. These absolutely do not fit and I should have listened to my gut.150 bucks down the drain.

I've been wearing Change of Scandinavia bras and sports bras for over 2 decades, ever since they opened their first store in Toronto. I love them. Not ridiculously expensive, able to fit my unusual size, honest staff about sizing, and great colour options as often women with unusual sizes just get black and neutral options. I was beyond pleased when they finally opened a store in Ottawa. I have had nothing but good service in the Ottawa store. The best.

Chelsea was amazing and helped me find the perfect sets. Made amazing recommendations and helped me get ready for my honeymoon! Thank you so much! I can’t wait to come back :)

This was a great experience all around. Emily was super helpful and non-judgmental. When someone has to get all up in your business like that to do their job, it's really important to have the right type of person, and that's Emily. This is the first time I get a bra that feels like I'm wearing nothing, so my assumption is that that means that I have the right fit for the first time in my life. The only feedback I have is that the bras in the larger sizes are not as nice as the bras in the smaller sizes.
