One of the better places for women's clothing. Still looking for a place that caters to the mature woman, who wants to look modern and up to date in quality clothes. Toronto or Montreal is not an option for most of us. Dresses with a sleeve would be wonderful for the older women who like to hide their arms...that is a very difficult find...in our area of southern Ontario...quite sad really.Laura's is always my go to.

I went into the Mapleview store not looking to purchase a dress. I met Elizabeth, who tried to help when I told her that I would be difficult as I normally do not wear dresses. We looked and she provided input but there was nothing that spoke to me. She then advised that their sister store ML was in the mall so I could have a look there. she did say if I did not find something to come back as new dresses are coming in regularly. I went down to ML and told the ladies there the same story. Just before leaving I saw something near the back. I found it…my dress. After making the purchase I went back up to Laura to thank and show Elizabeth the dress. Without her I would not have found my dress. It is not always about selling the dress. Thank you Elizabeth!

All the staff at this location are incredible in customer service. They all ask the proper questions to my wife who is blind and has mobility issues to help her find the outfits that would fit her. Today, Linda went above and beyond our expectations. We found the right dress and my wife can't wait to dress to the nines with it.

Nice store, but I go out of my way to visit different locations to avoid unpleasant staff. Maybe I just got lucky with catching them on bad days in my latest experiences.

I was very pleased with the selection and service. However, the floor in the change room was appalling. I did not even want to stand on it. I actually wanted to go home and pick up my Dyson. This is a higher end store with higher end prices. Would suggest upping the cleaning schedule.

As always, service at Laura was great, I keep coming back!

Thank you for helping find one beautiful outfit after the other. I always feel comfortable and welcome when I shop here. I can't wait to dress to the nines and come by to show off the beautiful dress that Linda helped me find.
