Very friendly staff, knowledgeable, and explain everything you need to know before hitting the water. Comparable prices from what I seen, I think their whole day rental was cheaper than other places. I've never been on a seado before so was a bit nervous but got the hang of it pretty quickly. My son and I had a blast all day on the lake. Thank you Manga Bay Boat rentals! I will have to do this again and when I do I'll come back to you!

We rented a boat for Fathers Day and had a family emergency come up. I called Magna Bay Boat Rental and explained our situation and they were extremely accommodating and understanding! They moved our rental to the following day and made sure to make sure that our family emergency was okay for us to still rent the boat. There was no additional charge like I expected and I was blown away by their amazing customer service. The quality of the boat itself was also outstanding. I will definitely be renting from them again when we go back to Shuswap.

Had a fantastic experience. The couple working there is very friendly and they are swamped with work and tons of customers. Well kept equipment and you can see that they care about their business and customers. Rented a boat, came back and the process was smooth. Thanks for the amazing service.

Worst customer service ever! Left multiple messages for Tammy and never hear back from her once. Had been calling for three days wanting to rent a boat on our Vacation and finally after the third day she answered and and was so rude and short, she just said I have no boats!" When we inquired about the one boat sitting outside the store

Rented a boat for 1/2 a day (4 hours) 9/4/21. Boat and training were great. They took the time to show me all aspects of safe operation, did a thorough walk through, and answered all my questions.Had a great time with my family. Boat and tow tube was very good. It’s unfortunate the weather did not cooperate, but we had a fun 2 hours before it started raining and my family was not having fun being cold.I took the boat back after 2 hours and burning 1/2 a tank of gas. This is where my only complaint comes in….. when you sign for the boat it says if you don’t fill the tank, you will be charged $75. They told me that since they now had gas, to not worry about it. I was quite surprised when they charged me $94.50 to fill half a tank, especially since I got them their boat back 2 hours early.

Cheap price nearby and nice service. We had a wonderful time and great experience in the beautiful Shuswap Lake. Recommend this boat rentals!

We were worried to rent a boat because of some of the bad reviews for other boat rental places taking your damage deposit for things u didn't damage. But magna bay boat rentals are very honest and very nice people! We had so much fun and there boats are very well taken care of. They made us feel very comfortable and we did a good walk around before we took the boat out. And their prices are very good too! We will definitely be renting from them again when we come back up to shuswap:) !

Had a fabulous experience with Magna Bay boat rentals. The were all very helpful in teaching us new ladies how to drive a boat, and when we had a glitch out on the water they swiftly came to our aid and gave us a new boat and extra time to get out to the Shark Shack. We did all the things out on the water today, and had a fabulous time! Thank you Geoff and crew for your excellent customer service, patience and service.

We were so happy with our boat rental experience here! We don’t have a lot of experience boating and new to the area, they were amazing showing us what to do. And the lake was so awesome! Thanks for a great day! Would definitely recommend this place.
