We purchased a triaaxle trailer from Brandt this spring. We had a centre tire blow out from a broken bolt in the suspension. The trailer was full and stranded on the highway. We had to send a machine to unload it, and call a tow truck with a deck to get it off the highway. We sent the towing bill to Brandt and of course they won't pay for it. Not part of warranty. And usually isn't but should be a part of customer service. My thoughts anyway. Caterpillar in our experience beats Brandt hands down.Update. Just had it in for trailers first safety since we bought last spring 2022, it needed another axle. Very disappointed.

Watched one of their company vehicles drive recklessly in traffic on Osborne. They hit a cyclist, knocked the poor guy off his bike, and just kept going.

Stopped in to grab some parts. Helpful staff on the parts counter. Had some questions and got pointed in the wright direction. They have gift section as well. Just in case u r looking for something a little different.
