Don't book appointments while she is on call". Waited 1.5 hours for "scheduled" appointment only to find out there is still 3 folks ahead of me and more depending on who came in. Really poor management."

Had carpal tunnel surgery April 19,2023. Dr. Nelson was quite behind so the wait was a bit longer. The wait was well worth it. In my opinion she is the best to perform this surgery. This is not the first time she has helped me. It’s such a blessing to be free of numb and tingling and hurting fingers day and night. Just not having to wear a wrist brace is a treat. Now the left wrist to fix. I will be calling this Monday April 24 to book my six week follow up appointment at her office. Can’t wait to go under the knife again. Thank you to her and her assistants and especially to Dr. Shepherd for a great suture job. My thanks to all who assisted me at Burnaby hospital.

Cant say enough about how happy I am with the breast reduction surgery I had done. Feel like a new person. She is knowledgeable, very nice and explains everything. I would recommend her to anyone.

I called an hour prior to my appointment to check the waiting time as I had to wait 2 hours at my previous one. I was told that all appointments are canceled as the doctor had to go for a surgery which is totally fair. But I should have been informed from her office about the cancelation. What if I had traveled all the way only to find out about the cancelation. Of course, she's a great doctor but her office should be more responsible for other's time as well.

I was given by Dr. Rebecca Nelson. Life changing surgery. A Panniculectomy . She is an amazing doctor. My surgery experience was real good . She answered all my questions. And great follow up as well.

So grateful to have less weight on my shoulders and back. Everything looks and feels great after the surgery.

My injury was minimal compared to what some other good people are going through, but I can say Dr. Nelson is an excellent doctor that provides realistic expectations for treatment and rehabilitation. I Appreciate it.

Dr. Nelson did my breast reduction and I could not be happier. The entire process went so smoothly and I was so comfortable the whole time! Little to no pain, but that may be a genetics thing. I cannot praise her enough!!!

Dr. Nelson and her team are fantastic. As soon as I saw her, I knew I was in good hands. She was warm, relational, and reassuring. She took the time to listen and respond to all my questions and concerns. I totally recommend her!
