Absolutely useless. I have had a GIANT hole in my ceiling for 4 month with the strata delaying it for 4 MOMTHS. 9 noise complaints Which have been ignored. Emails ignored. Phone calls ignored. Broken FOBs to the parking garage. Lots of homeless people shooting up in the garage. DO NOT CONSIDER THEM. Would you like photos and documentations? Please feel free to message me.

They are suppose to facilitate the general meetings with strata councils, however, we found their staff to be not well versed in Robert's Rules, which is the legislative system used by most stratas. The staff member was also unprepared and did not even have a copy of the rules. We are still waiting for a proper apology.

After looking around the city for a respectable property management company, we decided on Gibraltar after the recommendation of a friend. It was the best choice for our Strata Council, as their property managers are professional, knowledgeable, and always available when we need them. Since we started using Gibraltar, owners have been much happier with the added support and leadership when it comes to running a Strata. Highly recommended!

Had some trouble getting a hold of the manager of the townhouse I'm moving into and was transferred to Jessica. Was met with a very friendly and professional individual who helped me right away. Thank you. I'm immediately impressed. We'll see how this goes!

I was a member of a strata council for 5 years and we dealt with Alan at Gibraltar. He is very knowledgeable and professional, he always answered our questions. He knows his stuff! He always made sure that we followed the by-laws of the building as well as keeping in line with the Strata Property Act. I no longer live in a strata but if I were to go there again, I would hope that this company is the one representing us! Thank you Gibraltar & Alan for all of your hard work & service!

I've been an owner and strata board member of a building managed by Gibraltar for the past six years. Marv and his team have been friendly, professional, and helpful throughout my time with them. Please keep in mind that the negative comments made by aggrieved tenants are coming from people who have no direct dealings with Gibraltar; they're just looking to kick up a fuss. If you're strata is on the lookout for a management company, I can highly recommend working with Gibraltar!

As tenant owner in one of their buildings and a tradesman who has worked for them in the past I foundThem amongst the best I've delt with in 20 years of working in the industry. Thier interaction with council and contractor is well versed, planned executed, a problem most tenants blame on management and trdespeople and should better understand this is their responsibility. If you don't like the way council is run, join It, it's not just your right but responsibility. And be nice to your unpaid and unappreciated elected representatives of your council lest you be in their shoes one day

Overall the staff are nice and the company is quick to reply but not thrilled with our Agent. Dealt with Alan over the years but the last 18 months has been disturbing. He talks over members during meetings and answers with vague and generic responses. God forbid you should have to call him. During a leak I complained the contractors appeared to be stretching out the job and upping the price,he yelled, yes yelled, and said he didn't care what the contractors were doing, how long it was taking or the continuous upping of the price and to just do what they wanted. I could barely get a word in edgewise. Quite unprofessional to show such disinterest in my perception, as an owner, that the contractors were freely spending our strata dollars. Everyone has a bad day but these incidents are apparently not islolated to just me. Will continue to record my calls or start cc'ing the owner if it continues.

Very shady, company. They publically shame tenants by distributing notices to (EVERYONE), individuals who are behind in their monthly fees. For the record i am not one of these people who are ever behind in dues. i find this practice to be very shallow and rude, for this reason a good ol shaded one star
