Went in for Drivers license and H/C renewal and was warmly greeted and attended to by a delightful lady with what sounded like a European accent. She was very friendly, efficient and helpful. She made the entire transaction very pleasant. Thank you lovely lady.

Absolutely terrible service. I don't know why you would hire someone in a customer facing role when you have 0 customer service skills. Lady was very rude and called me a liar when she thought I said I had my card at home and then when I said I did not have the card she said go home and go find it. I work with customers on a daily basis not once have I ever heard of a colleague or anyone working in a customer facing industry call a customer a liar but I hope this is not common practice here. Not only this but when asking questions about the renewal and why there is no fee as I was advised there would be one online she then met me with more questions questioning on whether or not I actually have her my health card info. All in all terrible experience and if you are in need of any kind of sympathy or empathy I would advise against this location. As they truly do not care what they say or do as you are just another number to them. This was my first and absolute worst experience I have ever had with Service Ontario.

Went to the location in Pickering and the representative Jackie was phenomenal, so very helpful, kind and patient. She is the definition of great customer service. I will ONLY go to that location and only deal with her. She definitely deserves a raise or promotion

This Service Ontario is in a great location, close to the highway, and on the border of Scarborough and Pickering. The staff were nice and efficient.

The staff here are all polite and professional. However there is always a line up and you can expect to wait 20-30mins at least.They just carry out instructions and procedures dictated to them by the province. The province in typical bureaucratic fashion has taken idiocy to a new level.

Honestly, this place is 10/10! Depending on the time of day, there is usually a small line up, but the ladies here are so quick and efficient, it's not a long wait at all. I always find that I'm greeted with a smile and hello upon entering, the facility is clean, and the staff are top-notch. I have a few other locations nearby, and this is definitely my preferred spot. The other locations aren't as clean and welcoming, and the staff at other locations just seem miserable. HIGHLY recommend this ServiceOntario location, Pickering is where it's at!

Line of people out the door and they only open 2 tills. There are 2 employees not helping customers and doing their own work behind the desk in plain view of all the waiting people. They should do their own work after the public has been helped and the line is much shorter.

They don't train their staff properly because the owner doesn't know how to. Talked with the owner of the franchise and a rep of service ontario together so the rep could instruct the owner of their procedures. The owner blamed it on the employee, but he didn't know the procedures either. Instead of calling the service ontario help line, they just asked me to come back with the proper documentation, which I had in hand.

Typical government-run enterprise: rude employees who can't possibly be held to any account for their dismissive behaviour. Ask the front ladies one too many question and they will give you the death stare and that distinct government employee attitude.

Very fast and efficient service. The cue went like a breeze. The no. 3 agent was very pleasant. We don't have to go to 2 separate gov't agencies to do both OHIP and DL renewals.
