Plenty of room to park just off the highway staff is amazing soon as you're entered you're greeted by happy people. If we were shown to a booth we sat down it was breakfast time when we were offered our coffees good taste Staff is so friendly the vibe and they're so positive The breakfast was delicious my wife enjoyed it I enjoyed my plate it had every kind of meat on it eggs were done perfect French toast was awesome is awesome. My wife's egg Benedict was amazing it was amazing we bought some cookies that they do there and we love full and happy. We were from out of town completely from a different province and they greeted us amazingly I want to thank everyone for not making us feel like strangers.

Paul Porter really makes this a one of a kind restaurant. We've been dining at his restaurants for over 30 years. Customer service and food quality is always top priority! The bread and many other items are homemade by Paul himself.I've always admired Paul for his endless work ethic and top notch customer service skills. What a great place for an enjoyable dining experience!

Amazing Decor, Good Food and superb service. We liked the decor very much and inquired from our server about the place as to how old was the establishment, the story behind the decor etc. She had recently joined the place but she did make the effort to find out and share the knowledge with us too. Even the owner came to our table and shared some stories about the place and the decor. Beautiful experience

Porters Diner always makes me happy! The food is good, the place feels nice, and the staff is super friendly. I love going there because it's always a fun time, and I leave with a big smile on my face. I totally recommend Porters Diner for an awesome eating experience!

I have ordered fish and chips at literally (yes, literally) 50+ restaurants. I've been disappointed at probably 40 or so of them with a processed mush block that came from the freezer to the deep frier in 4 day old peanut oil. This is not the case here, the fish was really good. In fact, they grilled my wife's with garlic and basil without the breading for a gluten free option. Also, they have an all you can eat fish and chips option if you feel adventurous. They also have bottomless fries on all their platters, so you get a good plate worth. Price wise they are on the higher side of average, with a 2 piece fish and chips at $19.99 as of May 2023. We will be visiting again.

Was excited to try home of bottomless fries!! Ordered burger with homemade fries - super greasy and oil dense. Tried crinkle cut after leaving most of homemade and they were overcooked. W ordered chicken wrap with no bacon. 1st came out with bacon, had to redo. It was worth the wait as it was loaded with chicken which at $14 it should be (wrap only). Burger was ok. Noticed lack of coleslaw and was told they were out of it. No discount. Also out of turkey gravy. Service was ok, a bit slow, no refill of water, checkup. Decor of place was awesome. Will not rush back.

I had the Our Famous Double Decker Porter Burger" .... Mom had the Fish Burger... We were both more then happy with our food. When the waitress asked if we would like more fries... They are bottomless... We both had to say.... no...... as there was a more then ample serving that came with our meals. A definite must try."
