Horrible customer service. Called in the morning asking if I needed an appointment and was told that I did not need. Called later in the afternoon to ask closing time and was told I could not go without an appointment and they could not help me today, since I wanted a passport pic for my 16 month old (for some reason they think that infants are aliens and too hard to deal with so they need hours to get a simple photo).First of all, it's a paying service, not a favour. Second of all, if your closing time is at 8, you need to fit the CUSTOMER needs into your schedule, not the opposite.Customers are not here to serve you or to act on your convenience.Customers are here to keep your business alive and open, so you should make an effort to offer a better and more consistent experience.

We arrived 30 minutes before the store closed and the attendees refused to attend us to take 2 photos for a VISA. Really bad service.

They say you need to book an appointment, have been calling for 2 days and nobody returns call and they dont even answer the call

Just got a photo taken by them for my PR. It’s a service they offer at The Ink Factory. They have extremely competitive prices, are able to provide you a digital copy for a minimal fee relative to other vendors. The store manager Mr. Adil was extremely polite and considerate.

Extremely professional and nice. Got there 35 minutes before closing time and we were done in 15 minutes. Place was busy but the photographer was very efficient and accommodating. Price was awesome too, $17 for 2 passport photos.

Myself and family have been talking their services for almost 4 years from the days when they were in Meadowvale Town Centre.Today got my photos done from here for Canadian PR and passport photo for my new born infant, and needless to say as usual they are professional and accurate. I wish them all the best at new bigger and better location with more amenities and services .
