The most amazing junk removal company I've had the pleasure of working with. So thankful they were able to come on a short notice. Customer service and care was beyond incredible!! Highly recommend, especially for the fact that they try to donate as much as possible, as well as limiting what goes to the landfill. Do yourself a favor and hire this company!! You won't regret it!

This was my first experience with YYC Junk and I was pleasantly surprised. I had an old mattress sitting in the entranceway to my home that was blocking everything. I don’t have a vehicle so I couldn’t take it to be recycled on my own and leaving it for garbage pickup wasn’t an option. I had to get it gone! So I kind of did the Google version of close your eyes and pick a company. I landed on YYC Junk and it was the best choice I could have made, I sent them an email on Sunday night, told them what I needed to get rid of and heard from them on Monday morning. They were a pleasure to deal with. They gave me a pick up window between 11 and 2 and arrived at the house at 11:30. It was minus 30 out and starting to snow heavily but they were still punctual.The whole process was quick and painless. They grabbed the mattress, I paid with debit at the door and they were gone. Less than 10 minutes in total. Very friendly and professional - I was completely satisfied with the whole experience. Great little company! I will definitely use them in the future.

I had a great experience with YYC Junk. I had a few pieces of furniture I was looking to unload and I was drawn to this company because of their donation focused approach to 'junk'. The online booking system was straight forward and Kristine was so kind and accommodating with my schedule. The movers that came to pick up the items showed up within the time frame indicated and were courteous and efficient. Thank you for making my life easier!
