Be very careful when getting prescriptions. Check the strength your getting because twice I almost left with double the strength of blood thinners. This mistake could have killed me and I just switched to them a couple of months ago.☠☠

Don't get sick after 6pm or before 10 am. Store hrs are disgusting. I would take my business elsewhere.

Most of the time, it's okay. Some employees are a bit uptight when you go in speaking English. However yesterday I went in and I had a really pleasant experience. The young lady at pharmacy, the greeter and lady working makeup were all great. I wish it was that way more often.

I’m not a big fan of Jean Coutu in my past experiences but I have to say this location is superb! The staff is super friendly. I was greeted and helped right away with a knowledgeable staff that knew exactly where it was I was looking for. The pharmacist, Claire was absolutely amazing. I love this location and will continue to shop here.

l went to get my son allergy pills.Woman behind counter started coughing all over than mentioned it was the spray never changed her gloves and once she was done serving me she grabs a full face mask like hockey shield and puts it on.There was no sanitizer to use once leaving the store.It was scary to saythe least.l told my son not to touch package till l got home and sprayed it..

I live 30 minutes away and had to print photos so I called and ask if the machine was working. The employee tells me it does. I show up and the machine is out of service. Asked the employee why she told me the machine was working when it’s not. She said she thought I meant the printer? Another employee then showed up and said the printer wasn’t even working. I lost 1 hour of my life for nothing. Absolute garbage customer service.

Store is okay, they don’t always keep the same products each month, pharmacist is extremely rude, I switched to Jean coutu after moving and handed in my prescription and asked how long until it would be ready and the girl at the desk said they would call me, two days go by and I walked in and asked and they said they had forgotten. I came back in an hour to pick up my prescription and told the pharmacist I had been on my medication for 3 years to which he sarcastically said “oh so obviously you know everything about it”. Not particularly the best customer service from the pharmacy.

Poor service. If need more then one prescription typically have to make multiple trips because they forget to fill all of them

They said I had to pay for medications with cash then charged my insurance afterwards anyways. This pharmacy is no better than a crack dealer. Police please take a look at this place
