I used Citrus for the fourth or fifth time - we use them for our condo building. I had my own carpet, 3 seater sofa and armchair cleaned. Dylan was terrific. Polite, attentive and efficient. Everything looks great. I would highly recommend their services. Thank you Citrus!

Kyle from Citrus 0 did a great job on my furniture. It didn't hurt that he was pleasant, positive and polite. I should also mention that the person who answered the phone at Citrus O was extremely kind and helpful. I will call on this company again.

Job well done, Kyle!! He laid out the process with notation and verbally to me, gave me tips on what to use for stains(not lysol wipes) and a little history of the company. The carpet and area rug looks and smells great!!

Received quote for wool rug and carpets in home. Came spent one hour on 2 rugs and 4 bedrooms and a hallway. 2 floor home. Paid good money. Still spots and dirt. Receipt does not state what was done. Incorrect and unprofessional all around. Wanting to speak to manager or operation leadership about this interaction with your staff!

Excellent company, from the first phone call to the service itself. When I first called for a quote, I gave them the list of rooms and square footage of the house. They turned up on time and the charges did not change. About an hour later, I realized I forgot one carpeted room in the basement! They came the very next day, in spite of the heat wave and the fact that they had a whole apartment building to take care of that day. The charge for the room was vary reasonable. I highly recommend this company.

Immediate quote over phone and arrived as scheduled the next day! Cleaned large couch due to stains and wear with toddler. Very speedy, kind staff, and couch dried quickly. Will schedule couch cleanings more regularly. Would use services again!
