Floor trends did a great job on our kitchen backsplash. Alex was very helpful in choosing it and George did an excellent job installing and grouting. The final product looks amazing! Thank you so much!

Chris and I were looking around for approx 1100 sq ft of luxury vinyl tiles or planks to be installed in our cottage. Time was tight and we were undecided. Alex at Floortrends was extremely helpful as we looked at and discussed the various options on display. He went to the backroom and found the perfect style for us.Alex then scheduled a visit to measure and discuss the installation plan and schedule. The installation crew from Floortrends arrived as agreed and work commenced. An unexpected hiccup occurred which could have resulted in the installation going south in a hurry. This is again when Alex showed his true mettle and worth. Anxiety turned to trust in the process and Alex !! He came through for us!!! We got exactly what we wanted, a fair price, a very good installation and excellent customer service. We highly recommend !!

We are so happy with our stair carpet install. Jason is a top notch installer and Alex was great to deal with in the showroom. Should we need flooring solutions in the future- we would go nowhere but Floortrends in Lindsay

When I reached out to confirm Perry still had our Laundry room estimate on file from last year; he was able to match our choices, with product in stock, and it was beautifully installed in under a week. Great experience - we purchased tiles for a bathroom install, laminate flooring for a basement and plank flooring for a 3-season application. The selection process was easy, with good suggestions and on colour and products. We made some minor changes on the fly that were handled by their professional installers without hesitation. The team at Floortrends provided us with support and were good a communicating timing and advising on a number of items and questions. I would not hesitate to use them for my next project.

All of the staff at Floortrends were great to deal with. Our Salesperson, Alex, went above and beyond to ensure we had the right products for our project. Our installation was quick and very professional. The tiler, George, was especially attentive to our requests. I would definitely recommend this company.
