Passport photos were cheap ($10) but terrible. Rejected by Passport office. Wasted 2 hours and fuel driving to Passport office only to have photos rejected and now have to do it again tomorrow. No refund from Skymart. They explained it's just glare from the lights, only redo. Redos are same terrible looking photos. Glare (which passport office explained they consider marks" and are unacceptable) on forehead
