We were passing through had an issue with our sprinter van during a cold snap last winter. These guys got us in out of the cold quickly even though it was a holiday. Super friendly service and fair pricing. I would recommend this shop to anyone in the area!

Nice looking tight shop, i brought my truck for repair.Was not looking for a deal, just good work. Paid for what they term diagnosis" and was given a written estimate.Thing is the full list of bearing parts for one wheel alone were tripled from what i paid for the same parts a few months ago. Double checked with the dealer and a 2nd garage

My brother broke down in Banff after a straight drive from Ontario non stop.Not a single place would help us out or even give us the time of day but Mountain Mechanics did. These employees were very sympathetic and helpful and got us on our way. Best part. It was very affordable and we drove off feeling saved/helped vs taking advantage of. Very glad to have run into business with you. Abosolutley gem of a place and super honest. Don't think twice. Just go!

Randomly stopped to take pics of deer on the Banff Industrial Side road near the railroad tracks... Little did we know the shoulder" was less a shoulder and more of a ditch. "Stuck" is an understatement as we couldn't move forward or back. Thank God for Mark and his team who came to assist pulling us out

My wife was traveling through Alberta and ran into a tricky electrical issue with her vehicle and they diagnosed it correctly and got her car road worthy so she could return home. The issue was a significant repair and needed lead time for the parts to arrive so getting back home was ideal rather than a week of hotel expenses. Solid reliable service and fair pricing. I'd use them again without hesitation.Also worth noting they were happy to assist with communicating their findings to our local dealership after the fact. That additional service was also appreciated

Honest comment. Im not happy with their service one guy name greg is rude. It took 15days to get our vehicle back ,they always change the day to pick up our vehicle. Also their labor is very expensive. Please be aware this mechanic shop if u have plan to fix your vehicle i suggest go to canmore not this place banff. if i can give zero i will do it.

I needed a general tune up before continuing my adventure on the road. I am a young student and assumed they would quote me before the work was done. They lost my phone number. It was 3 days and I hadn't heard anything from the shop. I called and they let me know it was ready to be picked up and that they had lost my phone number so they couldn't call me. They had also told me the bill over the phone of about $500. I was a bit shocked with the price and surprised again that they hadn't quoted me before. I ended up having bigger problems and had to bring my van into another shop in Calgary, where they had spent more time with me going over the vehicle and trying to get to the bottom of some of my issues. I would say fairly poor communication, and pricey.

Derick and the team at Mountain Men Mechanics went above and beyond for me when I was in a pinch! Not only did they quickly diagnose the issue with my Sprinter van, but repaired it and had me out the door in less than an hour. Excellent customer service!
