Wow! A stand up experience, especially with the team member, who was hilarious and sourced all of the parts we needed.We were in an out within 20 minutes and had everything on our list for well within our budget!In addition, they have a limit on in store capacity due to COVID-19 and we’re getting through everyone. Very impressive.

Wow what a shocker I called someone answered never said the name of the store , asked right away if I could be put on hold , I said yes 5 mins later same person comes on an says , can I put you on hold . I said I was just on hold and was told …Well our computers are really back up so you will have no choice but to hold .Well that was the end of that call . I’m going to to talk to management .

Landon was super helpful testing my battery. He didn't trust the results of the first machine as it was behaving oddly, so he went to grab another one to ensure we got accurate results. He took the time to help me understand the result and was overall very helpful.

Great customer service. Staff are so good despite of so cold outside he help my husband to put it on the windshield wipers in our truck. Very friendly when you come to the store. Price is very affordable.

Requested a headlight for my 2014 Nissan Pathfinder. Was given the wrong headlight and then they refused to take it back quite the Scam they can sell parts for $70 without letting you check to see if they fit and when you find out they don’t fit you have to buy another part and lose the $70.

the staff working the saturday afternoon shift were very rude. i walked up to the store at 2 minutes before closing time ,the younger male with shoulder length hair locked the door . but then he walked over to the other male and they looked at me and started laughing that they had done that . poor. very poor way to treat a senior.

I only went in to make a complaint about their driver. He was mad I didn't slam on my breaks and let him cut infrint if me so he came around stopped in the middle of the road to give me the finger.

Had to give a one star as lower is not allowed, will never use this store again it is the last time of getting the wrong part, wasting my time, money, products, energy. The staff can not get you the correct parts and they have taken away the books for you to look up your own parts (never got a wrong part from Auto Value just 4 blocks down 52)When returning the filter the staff did not know about it as the manger told me and the desk person decided to insinuate that I was telling a story"(lied) and made a comment as to my wife picking the part up as he "knew what the issue was" a female buying automotive parts (as she has done for 27 yrs I can account for (right Vernon Team Lead)"

These guys take advantage of females. Do not trust these guys opinions. I had gone into that store with 2 of my girlfriend's and the 3 guys in this store were so quick drop everything and to jump to help us and assured us we had bought the right tool I needed to fix my car. They knew the year, make and model and yet when the part was not correct they would not accept the return regardless of their 90 return policy. Disgusting service.
