Owners Ken & Myrna are so super helpful- the service & friendliness of them is well known & appreciated in the northern BC area . No matter the situation Faitron is always front and center with a smile to help fill communications requirements& their products are very reliable good names in the industry. I have known & dealt with Ken&Myrna for quite a few years for my own personal communication equipment & would recommend them with a stellar rating!

Bought a truck radio from Faitron last summer, it was one of the only places in the north that had them in stock and I was very happy with the service. I called in the afternoon and they had a radio programmed and ready for me within 2 hours when I arrived there.
