Technician came in, inspected dishwasher, did not tell us what was wrong with it. Just mentioned that too many parts need to be replaced, was not specific when asked what parts need to be replaced and just said to buy a new one, charged over $100 for 10 minutes of service. With no solution or diagnosis. Not happy at all with the service provided, will definitely not be calling ever again for appliance repair.

This is the place to go for appliance repair or appliance part in Orléans (East Ottawa).I called because my 17 year washer had stopped turning. 2 days later the technician had confirm the appliance was repairable and the shop had the part in stock. (If I had known the model when I called the part would have been on the truck.)Because I live very near the office, he was able to go pick up the part and install it within on appointment.In the past, I took the burner elements from my 30+ year stove and they were able to send me home with a replacement.Whether you just want parts or you want an expert to do the work, Wardle's is the place to call. Great people, liveable prices, fair treatment of women asking technical questions (not as common as you think). Clear estimate, good work, clean-up included.

I'm sorry not to have the name of the long haired gentleman who came and installed the new belt on my old Maytag. It was a difficult job and he even had time to insist on fixing the door that hadn't closed properly since I let it drop down several years ago. Great attitude and service. Working like new.

From start to finish, very good interaction with this company. Was recommended by a family member who used them before. Phone booking was easy to make. Came within a few days as our issue was not that urgent. Technician arrived on time. Was professional. Service fee was very reasonable. Liked the fact that their repair crew carry a debit/credit machine for payment. Hopefully won't need another service call for a while. But if I do, will call them back for sure.Update: Used Wardle's a second time mid-July 2023. Again, service was well above average. Technician was able to trouble shoot a misbehaving dishwasher and get it running like new. Technician explained work done and new part needed. Bill was again very reasonable, with no huge markup on additional part.

The best place ever to go to. Unfortunately, they are closing their doors, but they still have. Service call service best place the owner is fabulous.Good luck in your new adventure.

Dominique came on time and solved the problem very professionally, quickly and thoroughly. I highly recommend this family operated Company. Thank you for the great service and great work. Called when our washing machine stopped working after seeing positive reviews online. They sent a tech same day and had it up and running again promptly. The price was fair and the tech was very professional and thorough. I won't hesitate to recommend Wardle's to friends and family.
